I hate them lol I have in the past been too busy to go elsewhere or have time for a review but today I got time …the drive thru lady sound like she on opioids and I’m still waiting here for a straw while the workers fill their cups omm this weird and yall can tear this location down with big boys it’s old and tired and I’m still waiting for a straw smh

Hated this, they gave me a burger with mayo when I said no pickle nor mayo, took forever to get the food, and got fries when asked for onion rings. DO NOT ORDER HERE ONLINE AND CHECK YOUR FOOD!!

Me and my partner dined in after a long day and expected a welcoming BK experience. As soon as we walked in it was unwelcoming, we stood at the digesting counter for 5+ minutes. At least three different employees locked eyes with us, walked by us, and worked near the register. But yet it still took an exceeding amount of time for us to be even acknowledged, but even at that when we were finally walked up to the employee didn’t even greet us nor ask what we wanted. In fact he read other customer reviews on the computer laughing with coworkers, when he was eventually done with that so time sensitive task he just looked up at us annoyed. We had to greet him saying “hi” and following with our order. After we finished the order we walked over to the soda machine and it was leaking everywhere for 10 minutes and however long before we had arrived. We stood in a puddle of unknown liquid to fill out cup, there was no condiments by the drink machine and the napkins and lids were misconstrued and looked rather undesirable. Our food didn’t take forever but could’ve been faster with more workers there was like 2 people behind the counter. The floors sticky, tables dirty, and trash strewn about the establishment as if it was a teenagers room. There were strange characters loitering even employees interacting with someone who was there before us as if it was a friend. The sprite had no syrup so it was pure carbonation and the other pops didn’t taste the best either. When we left we wanted to refill our drinks but to our dismay we noticed there were black specks in both cups, a tell tale that the machine is not cleaned often or at all. But to top it off the same black specs were found all over the floor because that’s the water they used to “sanitize” the floor as a employee said. Overall never going here again and probably shouldn’t even be running still

Really gross, rude staff, homeless people, takes forever n this last time they forgot cheese on my burger. It's been like this for at least the past six years. Idk but the prices these days are outrageous, and it's not just BK... but seriously have some respect and pride and decency if I'm gonna spend $15 for a meal!

Was at speaker for almost 10 mins, I have really been craving BK for a while, and I got a Whopper jr meal medium, my soda is a sprite and its definitely running out of carbonation, my fries are COLD, hard and got a 4 peice of mozzarella sticks took 1 bite and cold hard and taste like they been sitting there for a few hrs, I tried the BK on Franklin and division and it says they closed at 1am and the website says 1am also.. I am definitely not happy about spending that much money on BK and I couldn't even enjoy it.. I also got 2 cookies and a Blue freeze for my daughter n hers was worth it, story of my life
