You have to pay to use the bathroom?! I’m homeless and trying to get off my feet and you think that I want to pay to use your bathroom when you are the closest one to me? I don’t appreciate it I’m not from here lucky someone paid for a small fry for me 😒 I won’t be going here what if a female is pregnant!!!!!

Very rude!! 10/6/25 they over charged me for 2 Halloween meals that was only 11.99 made me pay 50 bucks !! They laughed in my face about it the manager told me she didn't know how to refund me my money back i can only order more food!!!! Worst burger king ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally only gave two stars because the food wasn’t that terrible but the service was absolutely awful. The guy at the first drive-through window had nothing but attitude and didn’t want to take my payment on tap pay so just acted stupid and made me pull out a physical card then The lady with the colorful nails at the second window, rushed to get me out of there and close the window before I could even tell her that she forgot my sweet-and-sour sauce and I had paid for extras and didn’t get any so I had to drive around and go all the way inside and it’s nasty Not cleaned and trashes are overflowing, especially scooters in front of the front door

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was just treated the worst I’ve ever been treated in my life. Was refused my receipt. Was refused my money back when they didn’t give me half the food I paid for. Leaving on a camping trip with my kids and decided to get BK since I had heard they’re all going out of business this summer, & if this is how they treat people then refuse to refund the money they’ve paid, for things they don’t receive I completely understand why. The manager stood in the drive through window staring at me, & the employee helping me was so high he could barely keep his damn eyes open. Would you pay for something you didn’t receive? No you wouldn’t! Absolute BS!

The food was good. However, my sandwich was not made correctly. I asked from my sandwich to be made minus tomato with heavy pickle. My sandwich had tomatoes and no pickles. And I was charged extra for the pickles I never received!

I stopped by at 2pm today. Waited 15 minutes inside at the counter to order. I felt sorry for the woman up front. She was trying to handle the window, the counter orders, and the pick up orders and looked so stressed out and kept apologizing for the wait. Bad management by Crown Ventures in my humble opinion. They should do better
