Very long drive-thru wait. They used to be so fast before this location shut down. Their food also used to be made and served fresh! At least that’s how it was when I came here. Today my whopper jr was cold and gross, my havesies I got was old and stale, the cheesy tots were decent, there was 1 tot that was a cheesy bacon tot in the bunch, but it was very stale, very hard and disgusting.

After I pay and I’m sitting there waiting even longer after I done waited like 20 minutes in the line I was told didn’t have them. Do you want the cheesy tots instead. I said I’d like a refund for the cheesy tots then. (I paid cash) The guy working the window rolled his eyes, shut the window and got what I’m assuming is the manager. The blonde chick would not make eye contact stood there talking at a computer screen, saying to the guy to relay to me. “Well, if you want a refund you’re gonna have to get a whole order refund or take the cheesy tots.” SMH. This store needs knowledge and better leadership.

Haven't been to Burger King since it closed on Plainfield and heard it reopened so went to drive thru. Was approximately the 4th or 5th car back and it took about an 1/2 hour to get our food. Ordered a simple meal, 2 whoppers, 2 fries, and 2 cokes. Was very frustrated...

This placed just reopened and it’s already back to being awful.

I have gone twice for dinner and both times rude employees have been working. Not only are they rude, when ordering you can barely even hear what they’re saying as the employee turns his Bluetooth all the way down.
Both times my food has been cold and tasted like it has been sitting out for a while. How are you guys back to being open and still awful? I hope you close again.

They should have stayed closed. The new kiosk is a joke, two people on their phones while there was a line, and order was wrong.
Through the remodel you’d think they would have it together. It’s more of mess than it was.

Recently the service has gotten a little better, but this has been notorious for being one of the worst Burger Kings around. Expect a wait and some attitude.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. Walked out. Service is outrageously terrible.

I live near this location and I feel the need to leave a review because the last multiple times I have visited, it's been sub-par, slow, unsatisfactory service. Going into the hottest week of the year, the shake machine and slushie machines are broken. Hot and sweaty, I asked for drinks with extra ice since both machines are broken. I got large drinks with like 2 chunks of ice each. When I asked if that was they best they could do, the young man said I should have asked for extra, which I did. He did offer a small cup of ice. He also provided coffee stir straws instead of regular straws. The wait is always longer than average. Management is poor. The last time I went through I ordered two drinks for my daughter and I and waited more than 20 min before I left the drive through lane empty-handed. My husband hates going to this location because he hates cheese on his burger and they insist on putting cheese on his burgers regardless of how he asks for no cheese. I could go on but I think you get the point.
