Went to the 600 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548 location it was not even 9:30 pm on a Monday night and when I went through the drive thru the employee said they were closed. Got home and realized the location is open Until 11pm. You should hold your employees accountable for not working when they should be as you are losing money. Very disappointing and ridiculous.

It's burger King. What would you expect. Only a few I've been to have been above average. This one had some very rude staff members. They forgot half my order, and the food was prepared in such a sloppy manor. Could have been much worse for sure.

I needed to find information on the order I placed if they received it to have it cancelled before they made the food as I couldn't go to that location. Or at least find some information about how I can get my refund for the order (Like who to call), but they won't answer their phones. So they processed the order and now I have to wait to get in contact with someone to get me a refund for food I tried to cancel

I approached the drive through and the woman who took my order used my coupon and then told me her computer was not validating it she stated my coupon was used although I saw it disappear with my eyes after she punched it in// she proceeded to argue with me and then stated I was yelling as if I was being disruptive when I just was trying to understand what happen with my points they obviously went some where upon checking I was told the time dated stamp they were used at her store at the time I was there in the morning lol but instead of her good smart self helping the customer she went street and didn’t offer any assistance at all my issue was an easy fix she could have promo it off or anything that would have been customer service but instead she ratcheted went all out to say how I had used the coupon I was on my way to work and literally that was my only stop it just amazes me the training the “managers” get I used no curse words simply kept saying mam and she offered nothing but disrespect like I was lying about a small hash brown, if the franchise owner can see this please train better please!! This could have been a 5 star had she made it right for the customer an easy fix!!

Ordered 2 double stackers at 8 bucks a pop and got 2 double cheeseburgers with stacker sauce. Not cool, asked the person at the register and he says they are double stackers, yeah but not worth no 8 bucks.. fries were cold and staff seems braindead. Not visiting this place again, only time it's getting my money.

Stopped here on lunch lady taking my order was completely rude didn't pay any attention to what I ordered put everything in wrong had to come back up here to get it fixed making my lunch 50 minutes minutes instead of the 20 up here and back do not recommend this location at all next time we'll be going to the location on Division and Franklin

I thought I would give this place a try. Good not bad. Prices I thought was to hi. Over all workers were great, but the one who served me having a bad day or PMS. O' well. I took it with a grain of salt. I did get ketchup with my fries. ??

I rarely come to this location. And today is another reason why. It appears that they can not train any CSR properly. Subpar service and 20 min in drive thru just to get my order. Oh and this is any time I come to this location.

We ordered our food.When we got to the window the lady said it was $5.99 and explained what it was.We told her that wasn't our order.I kid you not she had the audacity to say the car ahead of us probably left and we should had noticed, and told her. Are you kidding me. 1st of all there was a car ahead of us.We thought they left because they got their food as they were at the window for awhile.2nd, we were mother and daughter talking and laughing.It's not our job to eagle eye people ahead of us.We will not go there again.One bad experience with that total disrespect for a PAYING customer will cause us not to return.

I stop at this location Mondays and Thursdays. I usually have a good experience and always give the workers a bag of candy. My total is always the same. I only received part of my order but paid in full today. I didn't realize until it was to far to turn back. I have called numerous times to get a credit for my next visit but can't get anyone to answer my call.

Literally messes my order up everytime. Messed it up tonight. Asked for spicy chicken with add pickles no mayo and they gave me regualr chicken, w/mayo and no pickles.

They Had no computers and place was Empty.. The morning ladies working Including the manager was quite Rude and pushy mean, ok this well we don't have iced coffee you gonna have to get something else... Didn't offer a replacement... Just come across Wrong... Week of Oct 2nd 3rd 4th area of 2022

Lady at the counter was rude, told me she had more important things to do than to deal with me. I had ordered a large drink and she gave me a medium and told me it was a large. But the have lids that were too big for the cup. I asked if this is a large what size are these lids for? Lunch large. She hot angry with me for not knowing that they change their sizing throughout the day at this Burger King. When I said that I have not encountered that before she told me not to tell her how to do her job. I was just trying to understand the sizing at this store.

Worst fast food place ever! No ice for the last month, food is usually a combination of cold, and hard. Orders are usually wrong but just enough so that it's not worth your time to go back. Staff is rude and will quickly become belligerent if you request that they fix their mistakes. Not really sure how they're still open, I will no longer be ordering here. I recommend going hungry instead of eating here.

Dinning room closed I'm the only car in the drive thru and my order was made wrong I didn't get a receipt after returning the food after 20 minute they fix the same sandwich and warmed in the microwave the bun became hard and meat was dry and flaky tasted expired.Fries was greasy and saltyI think I've learned my lesson
