God forbid you ask for a packet or 2 of ketchup at the second drive thru window. The lady I've had there 2 times now has had a very bad attitude. It took all of 2 seconds to reach over and grab the packets and hand them to me. Other than that lady restaurant and food is perfectly fine.

I opted to place an order for delivery amidst a long and hard work day. When my food arrived it was then that I realized a condiment and utensils had been omitted from my delivery. First, there was no straw for my drink or spoon for my shake. Secondly and more importantly there was no marinara for my mozzarella sticks. Big picture, lacking these was not a big deal. However, such things would have made my meal more enjoyable.

The restaurant is very sterile looking...almost like it was an old Wendy's‐ They removed everything and just threw in burger Kang. This is one of the largest dining areas I have ever seen. usually burker kings are very small but this one is like 3 times the size of a normal Burger King. Anyways, the food is really good not and I didn't have any problem with the fries or drinks. I recommend this place.

There was a simple misunderstanding about what window to pull to and Lydia ( Brad, the manager provided me the name ) yelled at me and spoke down to me and about me to another customer and her manager. I understand I made a mistake but it doesn’t give you the right to talk bad about me to other customers and staff.

I’m giving this as an honest review because I’ve ate here about six times now and every single time I’ve ate here. It has been good. The staff has never been rude to me like previous have stated, maybe I’ve just gotten lucky or maybe the other people that made them comments were just having some type of day. It is fast food but I would argue. It’s the best fast food on Alpine.
It was your typical Burger King. It was clean, but sparce. I ordered Whopper meal special using the app. One important thing to know is they do lock the back enterence around sun down. I was able to go out that door after it was locked, but it looks like they can lock it so you can't get out of it and that concerns me.
