Your bakery came highly recommended for particular dietary restrictions - gluten and dairy free! The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! Thank you for making my grandma’s 97th birthday we will never forget!

We had the pleasure of working with this amazing bakery for our wedding cake and dessert platters, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our wedding cake was not only stunning but also absolutely delicious—exactly what we envisioned. Kelsey, the event manager, was an absolute joy to work with. She was organized, attentive, and made the entire process so smooth. The dessert platters were a huge hit with our guests, and we’ve received countless compliments on how tasty everything was. Honestly, our only regret is not ordering more! We highly recommend this bakery for any special occasion. Thank you for helping make our day even more memorable!

I’ve been coming to Cakabakery the last month or so to get treats for my staff… let me tell you guys, when it comes to anything dealing with a bakery, you need to make them your first option. The service, the smiles, the getting to know me, the product, everything! This is a top tier business in my city and I’m proud to support them.

The Cakabakery helped me last minute - and they were so friendly about it! Highly recommend!
Second birthday cake I have ordered this year from Cakabakery. While the cakes are great, the service is not. You can leave them as many vm's as you want and they NEVER call back. My latest cake order took 22 emails back and forth (I actually counted) which could have been resolved with one phone call. Two days before the cake was due, I get an email telling me they could not fulfill the order, after reaching out initially more than 14 days before the due date, because someone quit. They actually ended up making a cake for me after I emailed again without the design I wanted because there was no way I was going to find another cake maker with less than 48 hours notice. Again great cakes but not sure how you run a business with this type of service model especially when the cake was $72.00.

We ordered a 8” cake and some decorated cookies for my friend’s 50th. We requested a coquito inspired flavor for the cake and Puerto Rican themed cookies. The team nailed it!!!! The cake was amazing and so many attendees complemented the flavor and the cookie design! Thank you so much Cakabakery! Forever a local favorite! #nailedit

I have loved Cakabakery cookies for years, so when I was getting married I knew we would be getting our cake here. We placed our order back in February & paid for half our order & delivery with no problem. 10 days before our wedding I get a text from the owner asking what time we would be picking up. I thought this mixup was quickly resolved when I mentioned we were paying for delivery & they said they just missed that - simple mistake.
5 days before the wedding I had not heard how they wanted us to pay our remaining balance, so I emailed about this & asked if we could have 4 vegan cupcakes added on. I was told by the owner we would pay upon pickup & could order the cupcakes then that are made daily. At this point I no longer trusted that our cake was going to be delivered & told them we would be picking up & to let me know if there was a remaining balance once delivery was removed (there wouldn’t have been). To this I got another email asking where the delivery would be & then another one after they looked that information up stating they would be delivering. I told them they would not be delivering anymore as I didn’t believe they would show.
The day before the wedding we called the store to confirm pick up & were told that yes the cake would be ready for pick up the day of.
Then the morning of the wedding I get a text from the owner asking why we had not yet paid our remaining balance. The same person who called to confirm pick up the day before gave them a call yet again informing them that we were picking up & there should be no balance due as the remaining balance would have covered the delivery fee which they seemed unable to complete.
When the cake was picked up we asked for vegan cupcakes (again) & were told they do not make cupcakes.
The cake overall was delicious & matched our inspo but I would not choose them again for an important event which is so upsetting. I hope they can figure out a better organization system in the future to avoid unnecessary stress on customers.

Cakabakery has been a great Bakery vendor servicing events at our venue (The Rutledge) for years. Always love working with Jason and his team.
I had my wedding on Friday, June 22nd and it was absolutely amazing. Everything went perfectly except our cake vendor, Cakeabakery, which messed up royally. We ordered for a cake, 6 dozen cupcakes and 6 dozen cookies that were listed as delivery on our contract.
My now husband got a call around 2:15 the day of the wedding from Cakeabakery asking if we were picking up our order and they close at 3:00 pm. Luckily we had some amazing family members rush over there and pick up our order. When we got the order at the venue, we were missing 6 dozen cupcakes. My sisters were calling the now closed bakery to let them know they were on the way to collect the other 1/3 of our order. Upon arrival, Cakeabakery did not have our cupcakes. So my sisters had to collect whatever cupcakes that were left. One of the workers gave my sister a $100 of the $150 delivery fee.
We received an email this morning from I’m assuming the owner. He 1. Did not acknowledge the missing cupcakes, 2. Take ownership for their mistakes or apologize on their end and claim it was a confusion, 3. Asked for the money back
I understand mistakes happen, people are human. We paid for 6 dozen cupcakes and did not receive our order! I also have multiple emails stating they would be delivered and they even sent an updated contract with the delivery fee.
I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. My sister who works at a bakery her self did a little digging into their reviews and we are not the first couple this happened to on their wedding day. Check some of the reviews on Google.

I ordered cupcakes and a cake for my sisters wedding, and I was extremely disappointed. We talked about having chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with sage green and white colored buttercream frosting. We also talked about having a single-tiered, chocolate flavored, white wedding cake for the bride and groom to cut. TELL ME WHY there were pink cupcakes. My sister hates the color pink, and no where did we ask for any colors besides white and green. TELL ME WHY the cutting cake was BROWN. Who wants a brown wedding cake?? Horribly overpriced, horrible result, and not even that good of quality.
