I never written a review on Google , but I got a "parking violation" from this place a while ago for parking on the street next to the Calvin College campus while visiting my nephew. I'm 68 years old and have never stepped foot on a college in more than 30 years. Not only that, but now I am being threatened with a lawsuit for not paying this ticket. I'm not. even a student and never will be. I will be reporting this to the local police departments if nothing is done.

Horrible staff and customer service. No understanding or willingness to work with you in difficult situations. Calvin University already costs $20,000-30,000 annually and they want to take every last penny. No grace or second chances given. Cheryl Roels their Secretary is rude and talks down to you and as if you are stupid. Horrible for students trying to make ends meet and mess up and then try to fix things. This year they have been a pain and hassle for me and so many other students. I think they need to fire Cheryl Roels and all staff who are their to make students lives harder financially. Need major reform and shouldn’t be able to work there just to get free college for their grand kids and make other students lives a living hell.

Super nice officers! My friend didn’t have a scraper for her car and it snowed a lot. We had a super kind man named Augustine come to help us out!
Abby Lanham
Super friendly staff and always willing to help. They jumped our car when it died due to the cold.

They just drive around in a circle around campus over and over and over. I think a walking or biking beat would be much more effective, certainly more welcoming and helpful. It would require them to leave their air conditioned Ford though, and that is probably too much to ask.

Excellent - As a member of the community, I've seen the professional attitude and excellence I expect from campus safety. Many times during the years I have needed help, especially when I've left my car lights on. They have always been helpful, kind, and prompt. Furthermore, I appreciate their service to students who need a ride, especially late at night.

I worked for then and they were amazing. Great people

Absolutely terrible and power hungry service. Will ticket you, then tell you the rules. Will continue to raise prices to pay their bills. Zero student representation, and even the professors and staff agree they are an absolute nuisance. Even their motto has nothing to do with supporting education. Sad to see that they encourage the Dutch stereotype of being stingy.

Don't mess with Dan Gordon. He knows what's up.
