My wife & I live in Creston; ordered Fire Pizza and the Cheese Bread with Pepperoni. Told me right away that they were a little busy and delivery would be delayed. However, delivery was very quick and they gave us a free order of garlic knots for the delay. Pizza, bread, and knots were absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend them enough! Will only be ordering from Carlos from now on!

I've been coming to Carlos Pizza ever since I was in middle school and I can tell you they are still as amazing. Friendly service every time and never leave me disappointed. I am a creature of habit getting their pizza every time (since it has amazing toppings, sauce and crust). However everything I have ever gotten from them has been amazing. Love the subs as well as the Carlos Parmesan bites. Honestly one of Grand Rapids best pizza that feels like a best kept secret however I very much implore people to give them a try. Family owned and operated and 10000% better than getting the chain pizza places.

I have otherwise been disappointed with pizza in the GR area. This however, brings me back to the East Coast. Too many places claim "NY Style" and few do it right, like Carlo's.The staff are accommodating and genuinely friendly. They'll happily tell you about the quality of their ingredients along with their process.They have a few small tables now, but looks like they're working to expand into a larger dine in restaurant soon.

I’ve ordered from Carlos several times and the pizza gets screwed up every time. Three times I’ve had to call and get another pizza made because the toppings were wrong. I don’t eat meat so when I see ham and pepperoni on my veggie pizza, it’s incredibly frustrating.
