Carole's Catering was friendly and accommodating when we sat down to discuss the plan for our funeral luncheon. The food provided was tasty and delivered promptly. We do, however, have some concerns:1) The chicken salad contained a two-inch bone that posed a significant choking hazard.2) Due to a food allergy, we had specifically requested egg-free buns on one set of the sandwiches; all of the sandwiches were on croissants, leaving a member of the family with only fruit to eat for lunch.3) Our biggest disappointment was that we had been told that the food would be available to everyone AFTER we got back from the interment at the cemetery, which is standard for a funeral. When we returned, lunch had already been served. Our family missed seeing many people who had already eaten and left.We did contact the business via the website prior to leaving this review but received no response.

We were so swamped with visitors, I never got a chance to even SEE the food table, much less eat?at our event this evening!
As we were packing up, I asked people how the food is, and they all said it was wonderful!
I’m home now, at ten pm putting away left overs, and sampling as I go. Everything is so much better than I expected! Can’t wait to sit down and enjoy!
The church staff tells me Carole was so kind, and did such a wonderful job. I will use her over and over again!

I have to agree with Bethany... we set up a food tasting and not only did she not show up, she said she got my message to confirm we were still meeting and just didn't call back. I quote "I just didn't call back, I don't know what to tell you" Definitely don't trust her to actually show up for the wedding!!!!

We had chicken, swiss steak, kielbasa and kraut, salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, rolls and punch, everything was delicious.The 2 women that were there were very professional and helpful.
