This is a great spot to stop at if you’re looking for a unique coffee, something that is sweet or flavorful in a different way than usual. They of course have your standard drinks, but I’d highly recommend trying one of their specials. This is the buttered pecan latte (complete with caramelized pecans) and a specialty matcha. If you’re in the Grand Rapids area and want some delicious speciality coffee drinks, come here!

After trying many of the local cafes around this side of Grand Rapids, I can say that Chartreuse Sisters is by far my favorite. The quaint atmosphere of this little cafe gives you the feeling that you’re stepping into an old French pastry shop. Speaking of pastries, everything I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) has been absolutely delicious and I’ve never been disappointed. The lattes are always a wonderful treat. Make sure to check out their seasonal menu for special drinks and pastries. The sisters are absolutely amazing and I promise once you vicariously you’ll be planning your next visit.

I ordered a savory pastry that I’d rate a 3/5. It had robust flavors, but I’m just not a fan of goat cheese. The service was great, and the atmosphere was really comfortable. The apple cider donut is an easy 5/5, and the Biscoff cappuccino was also outstanding. Highly recommend those!

This has been my favorite bakery and coffee shop in Grand Rapids for some time now. Everything has always been wonderful and the sisters have been so kind. It’s just a great experience overall and I struggle not ordering everything when I’m there. My wife and I absolutely love it!
Yesterday was my second visit with a friend. The same friend who brought this bakery to my attention few months ago. I love the service here and the attention to every drink served. The desserts are always unique and tastes great. I recommend this bakery to all and will definitely be back for more!
