I ordered a cheeseburger with only mustard and upgraded to loaded fries. He said "yep, pull thru" and I received the correct food but with a ton of ketchup, no mustard and plain fries upside down in the bag. We went back around and he was very nice but when we pulled off, I looked again and they kept the ketchup and just added mustard and gave me chili cheese fries instead. No big deal but the restaurant was super dirty, he had his huge beats by dre headphones on and had to ask me twice what I said -like dude, take your headphones off! They were in their street clothes and honestly just hanging out. That is a horrible horrible place now. It's super disappointing because it was never like that. You know it's bad when you say to the car "do you want to go to checkers?" And everyone makes a face. LITERALLY. Whoever is in charge of the hiring, please set some standards. Ask the right questions, set expectations and create a requirement section on the application and set the bar a little higher. Your company is going to go out of business when it could he saved and be awesome. Sadly, I think it's past the point of return.

Did a mobile order... 4 burgers and a large fry. Got there, picked up my order, the bag was sealed (how they do all mobile orders), got home, opened the bag, and all 4 sandwiches had no burgers, just bacon, veggies (lettuce and tomato) and condiments. Called the store, explained I just left with a mobile order, they told me to come back and as long as I had my receipt they would remake the order. Get there, they take my bag, open each sandwich, add a burger patty, and re-wrapped the sandwich. It turned out to be the worst "burgers" we have ever tried to eat in our lives!!! I was expecting them to remake the entire order and exchange it when I got there. Definitely will never go back to this location again, and maybe never go back to the chain. The only positive is that they did give us a fresh (or at least hot) order of fries.

1/20/25 at 0138am I just watched the person who’s taking my order throw 2 pieces of fish that was already sitting for about 6 mins at the person making my sandwich. He didn’t have on gloves and my fish hit the dirty table . I pulled off without getting a refund. Awful service and I want a refund.

First off we waited almost a half hour for our food after finally getting our bag of sopping wet grease filled chicken tenders and fries it was apparent that someone had fried the ever living crap out of everything and I decided to not eat any of it. The help looked cracked out and the place looked trashy Never again will I spent 22.59 for a meal at this place. Oh and also my sprite tasted like bleach water🤢🤮
I ordered from uber eats and the delivery driver got lost and normally I expect the food to be cold. When I finally got it I was impressed with how the fries were still crisp. Just 30 seconds in the microwave the burger was amazing and melted in my mouth. Exceptional job!!!!!

I write this review sitting on the toilet with diarrhea. Truly the worst fast food i have tried!!! I had a bite of fish sandwich and a burger and fries. I could not eat it as it was horrible. Burger cold and tasted like …wasabi?? Fish was cold yet fried beyond edibility. Fries mushy. Glad i did not continue or I would likely be much worse.
