I was very disappointed with Checkers on 28th and Madison today. My husband ordered Chicken Tenders combo. His tender extra crisp and burnt. Our fries we tasted burnt ans greasy. We tried call them but they never answered the phone. I suggest you check you bag before pulling for the quailty of the food. Also suggest the employees check amd change the greasy whenever it smells burnt. We will not be back. We wasted our money.

The checker building has two drive thru-'s on it for online pick up, it's labeled, it's very hard to see past the speaker box. The food was ready it was hot and very tasty. Side note there aren't any outside trash cans and no indoor eating. Which is inconvenient to say the least.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier was a bit rude about the lane directions. I accidentally pulled into the incorrect Lane and was asked to drive around but there weren't any other customers. So to say the least the lane didn't matter.

I honestly would recommend this place over the major fast food places. I’ve never had an order wrong and they’re very quick and the food is always super tasty and warm.! 10/10 recommend trying their cheesecake sundaes.! They’re absolutely AMAZING and a great quick and yummy dessert. The staff a few times were a bit “rude” but not everyone has their best days.! I won’t let that affect their rates honestly. The service there gets the job done and my food is excellent. There is no dine in, which most I do believe already don’t have any.! The drive thru goes by pretty quickly which I appreciate the short wait. If you want some yummy food come here.! It’s not greasy and it’s always correct and amazing for me. Don’t forget to try their Cheesecake Sundaes.!!!

I'm curious what corporate or franchise policy is for Checkers just...refusing to serve waiting customers.

I went there today to buy a chicken strip meal the strips taste like they’ve been refried more than once the fries were very soft the pop taste water down it was the worst i couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break in the meantime I would never go back there again
