My order was completely wrong & I live 35 min away and didn’t realize my spicy chicken sandwich had zero lettuce, zero tomato, zero cheese, and it was cold as a rock & my fries were cold & like day old fries! The incompetence at this location is mind blowing. This is the second time my order there has had things missing on my sandwich. It’s not that hard to follow directions. I will never visit this terrible location again!

i like chickfila but what’s the point in having a mobile lane if you still have to go into one lane i think that’s dumb but besides that it’s okay
update september 5 2025 still no dedicated mobile lane line this owner needs to open the mobile lane all the way instead of merging them together look at the 68th location for inspiration..
8/29/25 - Came in with 2 friends for a quick breakfast ahead of a group of 12 young men. They came in telling some sexist joke that hyped their friends. We sat at the table beside theirs.
As their food came out one by one, as per usual Chic-fil-a service, an older man named CLARK came out to serve one of their trays; he then proceeded to tell three more misogynistic, sexist jokes. I notified one of the ladies that came out to clean the tables. Would love to follow up to see what disciplinary action is taken for this incident. Terrible example for young men, and only encourages their horrible behavior.

Sexist workers. On the morning of 8/29, there were a group of young men making sexist “jokes” about women. In the midst of them getting their orders delivered to their table, a worker named Clark heard them and starting telling sexist, disgusting remarks and “jokes” about women to encourage them. I feel so sorry for the women workers that heard their own coworker CLARK make these disgusting and sad remarks about women. I hope Chick-fil-A removes this worker since they advertise they don’t stand for this behavior. Clark, I suggest some therapy because that’s sickening.

Went to drive through, Hispanic girl took my order but every time I’ll try to talk and order or add something to my order, she kept talking over me consistently, to the point I gave up on ordering my sauces. It’ll be nice if she’ll let the customer talk before she talked over
