The gentleman at the front mistook my order. When I went back he immediately understood his fault and sent me to the front to have my food that I ordered provided to me. When I got to the front they looked confused as to what I was talking about. Ended up charging me extra to receive the right order. It would be wonderful if I could receive what I ordered the first time, and not get charged extra to have it fixed!!!

Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.

On April 3rd, I stopped here to get breakfast, which I have begun to do 2 to 3 times a week the staff is always friendly and it's quick. I don't eat pork so there isn't many places I can get a decent breakfast quick. On this day it started pretty much the same as normal. I place my order on the app, scanned the drive thru sign and picked up my food. As I drove off I grabbed my hashbrowns and started to eat them. They were extremely soggy so I tried one more and the same. Oh well, I can just eat the rest. I made it to work and decided to eat my fruit cup, most was very good, but sticking up was an apple with the biggest brown spot on it. Really ruined that. Then I went to eat my breakfast burrito, I unwrapped it and went to take a bite, the wrap was so hard, I just threw the entire meal out. I ended up calling the store and explained the situation, they apologized took my name and the receipt number so they could look it up. I was told they would make it better by adding something to my app. To this day I have seen nothing, it doesn't bother me that I haven't received anything. It just annoys me that something was offered to make up for the waisted money and lack of breakfast that I experienced but no fallow through. Will I go back, probably not to that location and there isn't another on my daily drive, so who knows.

I fail to see why so many people think it's great? It's a chicken sandwich that is over priced. It's fine, but the price is too much. My fries were ok.

i’ve seen employees leaving false reviews on local businesses signing their review “the restaurant next door” or “neighboring restaurant”. Teen employees swearing and cracking crude jokes at the take out window, seems to be a place for disgruntled employees to hangout and take their emotions out on their job, customers, and community.
