I typically have a positive experience at this location. However, I recently received a cold spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. I plan to revisit at a later date. My experience at the Alpine location was even less satisfactory. Consequently, I will be preparing my meals at home for the foreseeable future.

This location is literally the best, Sue is amazing. She’s so friendly and makes sure her guests are taken care of. I literally drive out of my way to come to this location over the location that’s closest to home.

Me and my buddy were munching on a Thursday afternoon, originally planning on hitting Canes… but the line was looking like a Travis Scott concert, so we dipped. Chick-fil-A welcomed us like long-lost family. I swear the second we walked in, I felt peace, purpose, and God’s favor in that lobby.
We ordered our food, and then LISA pulled up like an absolute legend. Friendly? Bro… friendLY doesn’t even describe it. She was the definition of hospitality. She brought our food out with the biggest smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like VIPs. I genuinely felt loved. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to frame her picture somewhere.
And the food? Magnificent. Like angels were back there cooking. That first bite had me questioning every life decision I’ve ever made that didn’t involve Chick-fil-A.
10/10 service. 100/10 energy. Infinite/10 kindness. Lisa, you’re the GOAT.

Very frustrating to order a salad through the drive thru. The staff does not understand that you can get a warm chicken filet on a salad, my receipt indicates an extra chicken filet(which it certainly wasn’t) and the chicken I received was very shredded and cold meat. Extremely disappointed

Atmosphere is always good. But twice in a row now they have screwed up. This time drove a 20 mile round trip to come get food for me and guys at our shop. Return and my entire meal is missing. Sure I could have checked before leaving but it should be accurate. This is 2 times in a row with an issue and for sure will be the last. We like the food so have returned but after driving 20 miles and still having to get my lunch elsewhere I will never visit a Chick Fil A again. Eat more Meat! Is correct...
