Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. The mobile order drive thru lane today was very much lacking typical Chil-Fil-A service. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders and so we waited nearly as long on quick stop between activities as people placing order there, turning into a not so quick stop and running late to next activity. It took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.
On April 3rd, I stopped here to get breakfast, which I have begun to do 2 to 3 times a week the staff is always friendly and it's quick. I don't eat pork so there isn't many places I can get a decent breakfast quick. On this day it started pretty much the same as normal. I place my order on the app, scanned the drive thru sign and picked up my food. As I drove off I grabbed my hashbrowns and started to eat them. They were extremely soggy so I tried one more and the same. Oh well, I can just eat the rest. I made it to work and decided to eat my fruit cup, most was very good, but sticking up was an apple with the biggest brown spot on it. Really ruined that. Then I went to eat my breakfast burrito, I unwrapped it and went to take a bite, the wrap was so hard, I just threw the entire meal out. I ended up calling the store and explained the situation, they apologized took my name and the receipt number so they could look it up. I was told they would make it better by adding something to my app. To this day I have seen nothing, it doesn't bother me that I haven't received anything. It just annoys me that something was offered to make up for the waisted money and lack of breakfast that I experienced but no fallow through. Will I go back, probably not to that location and there isn't another on my daily drive, so who knows.

I fail to see why so many people think it's great? It's a chicken sandwich that is over priced. It's fine, but the price is too much. My fries were ok.

i’ve seen employees leaving false reviews on local businesses signing their review “the restaurant next door” or “neighboring restaurant”. Teen employees swearing and cracking crude jokes at the take out window, seems to be a place for disgruntled employees to hangout and take their emotions out on their job, customers, and community.

My preference is this restaurant because it is the epitome of fast food. The food and service are outstanding, and every bite is a masterpiece. The interior is equally astonishing. The restaurant is immaculate inside and out. The dining experience is second to none. This fast food chain should expand exponentially throughout the United States and the world. No other fast food chain is equal to or greater than this one.

Updated inside looks amazing. Customer service is very good. One of the fastest chick-fil-a’s in town. Also food is delicious as always.
Usually when I go to these restaurants, the service is always great. The customer service is always amazing. Today was not a good service. I did a mobile order and sit in the line longer than five minutes while they helped everyone else except me when someone did bring me my food. She told me next time get in a different lane, but I went according to the sign that says mobile order, so I will not be returning to this location again East beltline/28th street.
So this place is fantastic. The food is great, and the sauce is legendary, but the service is what puts this place over the top. The staff is always fast, helpful, friendly, and professional, plus they've NEVER gotten my order wrong, which is awesome for fast food.

But you will get what you ordered,.and it will be made right.This location tends to be very busy, so keep that in mind when if you plan on getting lunch here.
