I come to this location quite often never have any issues with the food or service however today was a bit disappointing. I came to this location and the person taking my order Mary Jane was very rude and when asking me a question she was very rude and loud. Definitely needs to learn how to speak to people if she is going to be taking orders. Definitely was not giving chick fil a customer service at all

Staff wasn't very friendly. I did ask in advance if they offered refills on iced tea. When I came up to the counter with my glass, at least 4 employees ignored me for over 5 minutes. There was a line of customers, but the drive-through was almost empty. A simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. Ended up leaving with no drink for my hour drive since it didn't seem like they cared. The food was well prepared and the restaurant was clean.
