Gotta love me some Chick-fil-A waffle fries! They are prefect every time! I have to eat a gluten free diet and this is the only fast food option I have, I am so thankful the food is hot, fresh, and delicious!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.”
Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!

This restaurant was surprisingly not to cleanliness standard of other chif fil a stores. The tables were mostly dirty, we had cleam our own. The food was excellent as usual.

I have loved chick fil a since they first opened. Lastnight we did a mobile order to find a fly in our sandwich. Yes, a FLY. A DEAD FLY to be exact. We called them all they said was we could offer you another sandwich. Everyone lost their appetite. Mind you we order $60+ worth of food everytime.
Everyone was pretty gloomy, no my pleasure only “no problem” Not a great experience, fries oversalted and Mac n cheese tasted old.

I do not go here much, not sure completely of the menu. The helper at the window didn't have a menu, so I ordered something from memory. They messed up my order, didn't put straw in the bag as they said they did, and then wanted to charge me more. What a joke, terrible service.

This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to.
First, there is none of the usual CFA service. The dining room has been dirty and garbage on tables the last 3 times we have eaten in. There's one person in the lobby to handle all customer orders, plus delivery app orders (which for some reason, they always seemed to give priority to). At breakfast the woman taking orders was downright cranky and snipped at us multiple times for asking questions.
Second, the owners just do not appear to value service the way every other CFA I've been to has. I do *not* need my but kissed, but there's no willingness to pitch in. Last time I was there (and it will be the last time) I was greeted by the owner's wife. I only say that because she wasn't the picture on the wall but her nametag said owner and she was in what looked like dress clothes. Rather than take our order, she told us to wait and someone would be out to take our order. We waited like 2 minute before someone finally showed up.
I asked about a promotional email I got from my Walker Chick Fil A mentioning free chocolate milkshakes with an order. The cashier was clueless, and I eventually talked to the owner again, who insisted that this was NOT the Walker Chick Fil A and that we were in fact in Grand Rapids and not Walker.
Let me tell you, you don't need to grow up in Walker like I did to know that your location is in Walker. The most she would do was offer to give me directions to the correct "Walker" Chick Fil A, which is also in a part of Walker more commonly known as Standale.
Her attitude was bad, and it matches the rest of the store perfectly.
I'm amazed they didn't find a way to somehow ruin the food too, but the food has always tasted good.
