I love Chic-fil-A! However the dinning room was very dirty, food debris on floors and garbage cans overflowing. It took three tries for them to get my sandwich order correct (original is grilled) I was shocked and very disheartened by my visit. I frequent this establishment and have never experienced this before. Hoping it was a one off!

I'm assuming this location has a new manager. He informed me that I will no longer be allowed to get free ice water unless I order a meal. I'm not sure if he's aware but I spent at least $30 three or four days a week coming to Chick-fil-A. The staff are friendly and most of them know me by first name. Due to this managers, poor treatment I will no longer be going to this location. I will travel all the way to Wilson and go to Chick-fil-A because of how rude and disrespectful this new manager is.

Horrible staff, I went in for a meal and some one name Cody and old man was horrible toward me and continuously look at my chest area while making conversation with me. Which I plain disgusted. I am 18 and I felt perverted and disgusted.

we gave this location a second chance and the second time was even worse than the first time. The asked to speak to a manager after our order was messed up again. The supervisor Patrick came to talk to us and he was just rude and could care less about what was going on. Probably the most unprofessional supervisor i've ever dealt with!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been to many chick fil a locations, but this one goes above and beyond! My daughter and I stopped for lunch, sheâs 3. It was raining, we were running as fast as we 3 year old can, and were greeted with an open door, being held by the owner and operator. We ordered our food and got it quickly, but in the short time we waited, the staff brought my daughter over a cow crown. Food was delicious as always, but the staff here is 100/10!

It seems whenever I do visit that the staff is either none to happy to be there or burdened by my presence. It has led to a lot of uneasy feelings. Furthermore, it's led to an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Charged me for a mobile thru order. Then said payment declined. Showed the manager my bank app where the charge was clearly taken out and he asked if I could âpay with a different cardâ because he couldnât figure out why. No, why would I pay twice? Now I have to âwait and seeâ if they refund me and if they donât I have to call. Super annoying.
