I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Arrived with a bus full of 21 hungry teenagers and the staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and easy to work with on getting everyone’s individual order on one bill and they were so welcoming to our group. We were in and out of there in no time at all!

I’ve gotten food from this location upwards of 15 times since they’ve opened. Every single time without fail theres either missing items from my order or the food was made incorrectly. The bagging accuracy is subpar and there’s a clear lack of attention to detail. The staff isn’t super friendly and there’s little to no apology when Ive come back to get the rest of my food.

Place is immaculate inside and out. The bathrooms were so clean I would have ate my grilled chicken club right off of the toilet seat. That’s how clean. The food at chic fil la is always good obviously. The service here was exceptionally great. And like I said about the bathrooms. The atmosphere and indoors were immaculate. I especially love that they are closed on Sunday's. Especially if that is an inconvenience for those reading. If you’re wanting chick fil la and this is a possible stop. Don’t hesitate. One of the few nicest places to eat on alpine.

Megan P is an absolute sweetheart and deserves a raise. As for the rest of the staff, I feel like they could do a better job being attentive to delivery orders as I stood there for five minutes waiting for somebody to hand me an order that was already finished while Megan was working the counter, and dealing with a long line by herself.

I have been to this location many times and not once has it let me down. The staff is very friendly. I get my complete order right away. This is by far my favorite location.
Aliana was very rude at the cash register. Great food though and place!!! She was not the best at communicating and seemed very rude.

Customer service is horrible!! We ordered food at the drive thru. Ordered only three items and one drink....(expensive at $23) and the only thing correct was the drink!! My sandwich was COMPLETELY wrong item, fries were cold mush and nuggets were cold and gross. After customer service (to a general number not the store) disconnected us twice, they finally resolved the issue by offering to replace the meal. I was happy with that even though the restaurant isn't near where I live and I rarely go there. Anyway I went to get our replacement meal today and they wouldn't honor it. I definitely would never recommend going to this location. Anyone can make a mistake, and that's being generous since it was an entire order, but when you're not willing to make that mistake right I would never give them my business again.
