Horrible service, horrible people, false advertising. They hung up on me two times I asked to speak to someone else because the guy accent was soooo strong he tried to tell me he dont understand mich english and kept putting the phone down. This busisness has been here for sooooo long I bet you they will NEVER GET MY MONEY, OR SERVICES AND I WILL LET ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THE NEW PEOPLE THAT OWNS IT!

I got delivery of the chicken combo that says it comes with fries, coleslaw, and rolls. It only came with the chicken and it had little flavor and seemed old. It was late night so it is expected not to get perfection at this time but was really craving fried chicken and it didn't do the job I was hoping it would to my tastebuds.

If I could give this place one star I would. Lady told me my food would be ready in 3 minutes , 20 minutes later I’m still waiting. I get my food , the chicken taste like popcorn butter , the fries soft as bread and the cake I also ordered was dry as ankles in the winter. She tried to give me a Coke as a “complimentary gift” for the wait but that was flat and also expired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Customer service is excellent. The owners are very generous and courteous. The food is outstanding. I love Chicken Coop fried fish: cod, cat & smelt fish.I highly highly recommend this place. My friends & neighbors ordered lunch. They all loved it and want to return soon.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian items Chicken Coop have are great choices.

At about 630 pm Friday 4!16/23 I called chicken coop on division street and told the lady that answered the phone I had a couple questions about their menu.I asked if they sold livers she said no and abruptly hung up.I called back and said ma’am we must have got cut off I had another question then she just hung up before I could ask it.if I gotta pay someplace else more to do it I will,I’ll never waste my time with chicken coop again.
Stop in just to see if it was as good as the 1 in Muskegon Heights an it was
