I have been a patron from here for more than a decade. The staff is wonderful. They have been treating me well for years. My Interaction has only been a couple of minutes at a time. Every time has been pleasant. Also, the food has been wonderful thank you.

Used to be a good deal for the price. Its mid. The prices online are WILDLY cheaper than what they are in person. I ordered 45$ worth of food over the phone only to go to pick up and get charged 63$. When I asked about it they told me that the website is out of their control and that there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't come here, the quality of the food is no longer worth the price.

I just got Mongolian beef from this place and it was 90% onions. I called just to let them know, I would never come back there and they should be ashamed to give this to people because they put almost 0 meat in this thing and the girl was rude to me and told me that’s how it comes. I’ve had Mongolian beef from many, many other Chinese places this was ridiculous. It should be called Mongolian onions. on a sidenote, their shrimp eggroll and crab runs were pretty good lol

China city is mainly to go I believe. Regardless you're gonna be very happy with their food. It's always hot and delicious. Hands down better than most in Grand Rapids. Anytime I want Chinese that's where I'm going. It avoids the disappointment in other Chinese restaurants
Food is okay. I let them know I had a shell fish allergy and the girl at the counter looked puzzled and asked what that was not sure if it was a language barrier. Then I looked at their allergan certificates. Went back in to pick up my food let her know what i ordered and she said you ordered here right??? I had just placed my order a few minutes ago and paid.

I was happily surprised with the taste of their food. I ordered the pepper steak lunch and it was so good. This is now my go to for Chinese.
I love this place. I haven't been in awhile so I ordered for lunch. I've always loved their dumplings but today I was disappointed they changed from being the sausage to a very bland not sure if was chicken or pork . The teriyaki chicken was great as usual. I sure hope they go back to the sausage dumplings so much better.

Forced a group to not attend there to eat and fellowship almost 2 hours before they closed, and the food wassn't even good. Both the orange and general tso chicken taste like burnt barbecue sauced chicken. I don't recommend except if you want something cheap and effective.
