Food was bland and cold. It's cheap for a reason and I will never be back.

Being from New York, I’m spoiled with delicious Chinese food. Of all the restaurants in Geand Rapids. This is the closest to the best.

I went to their website and the pricing looked reasonable so I gave it try. Clearly they don’t update their website because the price was much higher. About 30% higher. I figured, whatever, hopefully it’s the best Chinese ever. It absolutely was not. The Mongolian beef dinner entree I ordered came with VERY little beef and a TON of onion and some other vegetable. It was not good. Very disappointed about this one.

Great General Tao's. Adjustable heat level is AWESOME! LEVEL 2 was so spicy, I could have eaten a 1 and had PLENTY of heat. Yummo!

We got there at 3:00. There was no supplies ready so they had to make the sweet & sour sauce and heat up oil for the eggrolls and Rangoon's. Just while waiting for them to prepare our meals we watched the guy put his hands in the sauce and then lick his fingers and then put them back in the sauce four times. He then drank out of the laddle that he then returned to the pot. When asking for a refund he got pissy and said we cook it anyways. Spreading your germs especially in these current days is unacceptable. Makes you wonder what other guidelines they AREN'T following!! We will NOT return. If they do this when we litterally had eye contact and he knew we were watching what else are they doing.

First time visiting. Read reviews before but thought I would give it a try. Crab ragoons had positive and negative reviews, I will conclude they are horrible. I saw another review with hair in their order, I experienced the same. Thankfully I did not get any fried rice as that was a huge negative to this place. I will never visit again. Also, the shrimp used is not normal shrimp, that was originally my only complaint. Don't get the shrimp. It is horrible. In my opinion, don't go here.

Went for the first time tonight to try a "new to us" spot. Staff was friendly and they had plenty of menu options to choose from.We really enjoyed what we had and will definitely be back to try more menu items. There are a few tables to sit and eat at, but most people that came in were for to go orders or picked up from ordering ahead. It was nice to see that there were quite a few of regulars. That says a lot for a business ?

Ordered the orange chicken and sesame chicken. Needed a quick bite and thought this would be ok based on some reviews we read. The quality of the chicken was really bad...fatty and not crispy. Both sauces were more like a liquid and lacking flavor. This may be the worse Chinese food I ever had. Skip this one.

We go here twice a week. Food is so good! I get either beef and string bean, or shrimp and string besn, and I love it!! Food is always piping hot! The family is nice, the service is nice. Never had a problem!!

They charged me 20$ for plain broccoli with brown sauce. And veggie fried rice that literally tasted and smelled like a porta potty. I actually started gagging. I had to throw it out side because my entire house started smelling like straight poo. And the veg fried rice was half chunks of onions, so basically 5 bites of rice. I have been to plenty of disgusting questionable Chinese food places, but this absolutely tops them all. I can’t even believe this place is in business. Their prices on there website are not accurate either. My total should have been 12.50+ tax but they charged me 20$ ? for THIS

It was the worst almond chicken and crab Rangoon I've ever had.The sauce on the chicken was congealed like cold gravy. Tasted terrible. On top of that, after handling garbage and various items, he stirred (what I presumed to be my sauce) with his dirty, ungloved finger...???Worst Chinese restaurant EVER!!

Small, family-run, quality food, and a great value for the buck. At rush times, they might get a bit backed up, but your patience will be rewarded with great food in a volume that will net you a couple meals.
