All trash cans were over flowing with trash. The floor covered in food/trash everywhere. Service is beyond poor and slow. They are definitely not customer friendly. The manager should be fired for allowing this.

Had to repeat our order a few times. They corrected their single mistake without hesitation.
Food was excellent.
Eating area was clean and we had a good time.

We eat at Chipotle every once in a while and the food quality has been okay. Today, we ordered steak and chicken salad to go for the family. The steak was super chewy and almost inedible. The greens were soggy and not fresh. We’re very disappointed.

We have been here 3x now. Every time we come, the meat is over cooked. Fajitas are out, and the guac is brown. This is one of our favorite lunch options. But we will be trying another location, till they get their act together.

Walked in and walked right out! This place is so unsanitary! You’d think with all the bad reviews, they’d make some improvements with keeping the building cleaner. You’d also think that as much time as the owner spends responding to these reviews he/she would actually DO SOMETHING about all of the complaints. I’ll definitely be making a complaint with the health department!

I normally really like Chipotle, but at this location, the food was only so-so. The steak fajita was alright...but the chips were way overcooked. I've had much better experiences at other Chipotle locations.

Worst food service I’ve ever experienced! Served scraps of meat for tacos (seriously pulled out a spoon to scrape the barrel). Then when we asked how long of a wait for chips, she went in the back where the manager said,” tell them no or even that it’s broken.” Then laughed about it. When we. Called them out and said we heard them. Another employee stood up and yelled we aren’t getting chips so call whoever he didn’t care. We just walked out, won’t be back to this location.

The last times visiting the store the housekeeping and cleanliness was extremely POOR. Empty pans covered every space available, the floor disgusting as well as the trash cans flowing over. I will not return to this store.

At 2pm there was no place to eat because all of the empty tables were covered in food. No one wiping them down.

I got to chipotle to order my usual when they told me to they didn’t have quac, brown rice, or lettuce which was unfortunate. After that I still ordered by myself and only ordered one bowl. The cashier didn’t understand how to use the chipotle app and told me to just scan my gift card before the price came up on the screen and she charged me for two bowls. I didn’t realize this until a few days later when I had already thrown away the receipt. To finish my visit I went to get a fork and fill my water cup but they were out of ice, forks, and napkins which I had to ask for all to be restocked. In conclusion, I get Chipotle at least once a week and I think I’m going to start going to Qdoba instead.

I used to dine here regularly, but after my last visit, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again if you paid me.

I ordered two chicken bowls, only to find the chicken in mine was raw—pink, undercooked, and utterly unacceptable. Thankfully, I noticed it before my pregnant wife took a bite, or this could have gone from bad to catastrophic.

I confronted the manager, who inspected the chicken and, rather than owning the mistake, gave me some rehearsed nonsense about their kitchen ensuring all chicken is cooked to 165°F three times before serving. Really? Then how, in God’s name, does raw chicken end up in my bowl? It’s basic food safety, and they failed miserably.

The manager offered to remake the bowls, but by then, my appetite had vanished. Cross-contamination was already on my mind, and trust me, I wouldn’t risk another bite. I asked for a refund and left, never to return.

This isn’t just a mistake—it’s a health hazard. With the avian flu still making headlines, serving undercooked chicken is beyond reckless. If you’re brave enough to eat here, do yourself a favor: bring a flashlight and inspect every bite. Unbelievable.

They were out of steak, fajita veg and salad dressing - all things I wanted. I ordered salads and nobody told me they were out of salad dressing until I was at the end of the line paying.

Instead of having someone preparing any of the things they were out of, four of the kitchen employees - in the middle of rush hour - were competing to see who could scoop a perfect portion of chicken, and making homophobic jokes about each other.

Poor experience, won’t be coming back to this location. They were horribly slow, but had at least 6 people working. They would not make the food we wanted, 2 big cheese quesadillas so we had to buy 4 kids meals (“online only” was the excuse). The rice was not fully cooked and was crunchy. They were out of tortilla chips. All tables were filthy, I used water from the lemonade dispenser to wipe tables down so we could sit. Left over food all over the floor by the garbage. To top it off the bathrooms were FILTHY, garbage all over the floor, etc. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired.

If this was my first experience with Chipotle I’d never return.
