The rice was hard and the beans are also hard you can’t even chew on it I ask for steak and I only got 6 pieces. Crazy.

Never again. Everyone working the counter was rude. The person we had to start our order with didn't say one word to any of the four of us, just stared until we started speaking our order. The trash cans were overflowing and every table had not been wiped down. We took our food to go. My daughter had an upset stomach 30 minutes later and we had to cancel our plans for the rest of the day.

I've gone to this location a good handful of times in the past month or two. Every single time the white rice has had no cilantro at all. I've ordered a few quesadillas as well, since they're my favorite thing on the menu (and for some reason you have to order that on the app which is stupid), and every single time they cut it wrong (supposed to be a diagonal cut), and SKIMP on the meat and cheese, to the point that there's more tortilla than meat, and it's on the dry side as well.
This is the only location where I have these problems since I work in other parts of the state and have been to several locations and they're all far better than this one. The problems are so consistent that I'm starting to think management is the issue. Also they have a shelf for mobile orders but for some reason they don't use it, and instead just hold them back at the counter. There's nothing that says this anywhere so I've waited quite a while for mine previously before finally asking about it, and by then the food was cold. Also the chips here are almost always stale and not properly salted.
Today's visit was especially bad, since I waited in line for 20+ minutes before finally getting to order. The reason was because the two employees up front were moving painfully slowly and not dividing the work the proper way which made it take longer. The burrito was more like a smooshed up ball of tortilla and mush that was spilling out of the foil wrap. I had to ask for a bowl to contain it. And with all that downtime of the other cashier, you'd think they could've stocked forks and napkins but they were completely empty by the time I got there.
I love chipotle but I will probably stop coming to this location because the food costs way too much to be putting up with this.

this location frequently has terrible service. they ALWAYS close WAY to early i normally go at 8:30 and they never have half of the food i want. but this time was just crazy.

they were out of every topping except sour cream and cheese and when i asked for those the two boys kept adding more and more and saying “bowl with a side of nut” over and over again. they also were checking their phones throughout the order and they added so much cheese they couldn’t close the bowl. he was looking for a wrap to cover it up but eventually after waiting i just asked for the bowl without the lid.

7:15 and you are out of chips, veggies, and multiple salsas? Combine that with the fact that the burrito was the smallest I've ever received and the rudeness of staff (the person with all the facial piercings refused to speak to customers at all 🙄) and this restaurant can count on me not bothering them with my pesky business again. 2 stars because even this pack of clown shoes can't screw up Chipotle recipes.

No words can describe how disappointing this location is, its trashy, cold, the tables unclean, the manager was just standing around, there was only 1 person doing almost everything, while everyone else was standing around chatting. Not to mention I am a diabetic, and got coke zero, just to find out it was a normal coke, I tried diet coke first and there was no syrup in the diet coke so i had to pour it out, there was a worker doing anything in that area but working on the drink machine, my white rice was very undercooked. Easily the WORST chipotle location Ive been to.

The staff was great, but the place was filthy. The food was okay. I will not go back. When a restaurant is that dirty, it makes you question what you're eating.

All trash cans were over flowing with trash. The floor covered in food/trash everywhere. Service is beyond poor and slow. They are definitely not customer friendly. The manager should be fired for allowing this.

We eat at Chipotle every once in a while and the food quality has been okay. Today, we ordered steak and chicken salad to go for the family. The steak was super chewy and almost inedible. The greens were soggy and not fresh. We’re very disappointed.
