Food is pretty good. Most of the time. Service is a little defeated, and low energy. The restaurant is clean. The music is a little loud. Overall a decent place to eat.

When it’s right it’s good. The problem is that it’s only right about 75% of the time, and the staff mostly doesn’t seem to care.

Two years later, and this store still seems to mess up every single order.

Unfortunately if you place an order with DoorDash you will not be able to speak to someone when they get your order wrong. This is not the first or second time you’ve sent the wrong order, skipped an item or sent me someone else order! CHECK THE ORDERS before sending them out the door! You blame DoorDash on your answering service and they aren’t able to break the seal of the bag to check if the items are correct. Frustrating!

I've lived near this Chipotle for 9 months and I've never enjoyed as much flavor and quality consistency than at this location. I'm sure there are days it's off but I've been really pleased with the food.

Treated rudely by staff. A 2 protein burrito is now smaller than a Taco Bell taco? Definitely don’t recommend waiting in line for 7 grains of rice 2 chunks of steak and 3 chunks of chicken…

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The combination of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned ingredients created a bowl that was both delicious and satisfying. Theh beef barbacoa today did not have the normal texture or flavor. It was,under a juice or broth which may have dilluted the flavor, maybe, but very disappointing. I went there on my lunch break excited about getting a bowl to just be disappointed. Service was prompt but not the greatest today.

I've been patronizing Chipotle establishments in West Michigan for over a decade...this location is, hands down, the best of the bunch. A superlative dining experience, time and time again.

The staff are grizzled, battle-hardened quick service veterans, yet the way in which they caress and orchestrate their serving spoons is beauty in motion. The portions are generous, the small talk shakes me to my core, and the rice is very ricey. Every time I step in the door, I brace myself - for to enter this Chipotle is to throw all inhibitions to the wind and embrace the mystery of the prepackaged tortilla, weird creases alongside the edges and all.

I'd like to give a special shoutout to the GM; during tonight's visit, I was wowed not only by their eloquence and geniality, but by the deep harmony they seemed to foster among their staff. All seemed to flourish under their benevolent gaze. It was beautiful to behold.

If possible, I would encourage you to also pay a visit tonight to try their new smoked brisket special (prepared by the selfsame GM). I assure you that, regardless of the route you're taking to enlightenment - the eightfold path, the way of the Tao, church Sundays, or hero doses - this brisket will get you there much, much quicker.

Normally great food. But today, Instead of house made guacamole, I got a frozen half of a whole avocado, which made my entire bowl, including the meat and rice cold as all hell! Not very happy but better than 28th st, which was out of almost everything.
