this location is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. This location is the closest to my work so I have no other choice on my lunch break. The entire place every time I’m in is trashed. Food, crumbs and trash is on the floors and tables are never wiped down. I don’t think one person in the entire store knows how to wrap a burrito. I either get a footlong skinny burrito with meat at one end and rice at the other or a sphere that is falling apart. My most recent visit my burrito was probably 75% rice and essentially inedible unless you like an all rice burrito. It’s clear the management doesn’t care because it is like this every time I go in.

I visited this Chipotle location with my mother around 8:59PM on Saturday night, and unfortunately we both had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees on the line. I wasn’t able to get her name, but she was a woman of Hispanic descent working the entrée station.

From the start, her attitude toward us was unnecessarily rude. She had already placed rice and the remaining carne asada on my bowl, and when I politely asked for a little more rice, she immediately became visibly irritated. She scooped the rice and slapped it onto my bowl aggressively, which felt very disrespectful — especially with my mother standing right next to me watching the interaction.

What made the experience even worse was that, while preparing my mother’s order (she was directly behind me in line), the employee walked away from her mid-order to help someone else, leaving my mother waiting with no explanation. It was unprofessional and dismissive.

I work in customer service myself and came in wearing my Amazon Flex work vest, so I understand what it’s like to work long hours and still treat people kindly. I always aim to show respect and patience, even on difficult days. That’s why the attitude we received felt especially unnecessary. It’s not difficult to provide the same level of courtesy to customers who are simply ordering food and asking for the items they want.

To be honest, it also felt like our experience may have been influenced by bias. As two Black women, we felt singled out and treated differently than others in line. No customer should feel that way, especially in a place that prides itself on fast, friendly service.

Overall, the interaction made us extremely uncomfortable, and it’s something I hope management addresses. No one should be treated poorly for asking for extra food or simply trying to enjoy a meal after a long day. Customer service is a major part of the job, and if an employee is unable to treat guests respectfully, it affects the entire experience.

I truly hope this location provides additional training or coaching around professionalism, patience, and consistency in serving all customers.

Food is pretty good. Most of the time. Service is a little defeated, and low energy. The restaurant is clean. The music is a little loud. Overall a decent place to eat.

When it’s right it’s good. The problem is that it’s only right about 75% of the time, and the staff mostly doesn’t seem to care.

Two years later, and this store still seems to mess up every single order.

Unfortunately if you place an order with DoorDash you will not be able to speak to someone when they get your order wrong. This is not the first or second time you’ve sent the wrong order, skipped an item or sent me someone else order! CHECK THE ORDERS before sending them out the door! You blame DoorDash on your answering service and they aren’t able to break the seal of the bag to check if the items are correct. Frustrating!

I've lived near this Chipotle for 9 months and I've never enjoyed as much flavor and quality consistency than at this location. I'm sure there are days it's off but I've been really pleased with the food.

Treated rudely by staff. A 2 protein burrito is now smaller than a Taco Bell taco? Definitely don’t recommend waiting in line for 7 grains of rice 2 chunks of steak and 3 chunks of chicken…

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The combination of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned ingredients created a bowl that was both delicious and satisfying. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the portion size was generous. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Chipotle for anyone looking for a healthy, tasty, and convenient meal. Definitely a go-to spot for me!

Theh beef barbacoa today did not have the normal texture or flavor. It was,under a juice or broth which may have dilluted the flavor, maybe, but very disappointing. I went there on my lunch break excited about getting a bowl to just be disappointed. Service was prompt but not the greatest today.

Found a hair in my food, my tortilla was covered in mold, and the food was cold. Worst chipotle I have ever been to.

We had the beef it wasn't very good but was very expensive. We bought 1 bowel 2 drinks and chips. $28.32!
