Food is not bad despite them being out of things often. It’s the atmosphere that is pretty bad. It’s always a mess in here every time I come in. Like a disaster.

The worst Chipotle in the Midwest. We’ve given them countless chances, but it’s time for a review. Rude, lazy employees. There are never fajita veggies, regardless of the day of the week or time of day. They’ll leave out toppings on orders every time and ignore your order details. If you order a veggie dish online, they won’t have the veggies for it and will just stick you with rice and salsa. Good luck getting a refund for a wrong order now that Chipotle corporate sold out, and the owner of this location obviously doesn’t care about customers, quality, or food safety either.

This is how my burrito was just wrapped…. Took this girl five minutes to realize my girlfriend and I were there to order an extra five minutes to make our order and then she forgot what our orders were by the time she cashed us out 😭. She seemed fadedddd

I am very disappointed with this location. I’ve been going to other Chipotle’s for years, but this one is always out of fajita vegetables. I wait in the long lines to get a vegetable bowl, and each time I do, I’m greeted with an empty fajita vegetable bowl. The last time I went, I asked the employees when the best day would be to come. I also asked what day they get their shipments, and they didn’t have an answer. They said “sorry you just came on a bad day.” Chipotle on Alpine, please do a better job of keeping up with your stock. There has to be some way to request more fajita vegetables.

This location often lacks seasoning on their food and frequently runs out of options. Staff are hit or miss, I can say that all the staff are super quick and efficient, particularly because this location is quite busy. But can feel like you are interrupting them. This store also gives preference to online orders and catering. Have been told numerous times that can’t get certain food or choices because all that is going to a catering order. Today we were told they are only serving online orders- no explanation. Was the register broken? Maybe- but no one said that. Seems like this Chipotle doesn’t like drop in customers. They should change it to online only then, and we will stop coming all together.

Great experience! Watched the staff be extremely patient with a difficult family in front of me. Cashier was super friendly, and everything tasted on point! They even had the vinaigrette and fajita veggies which I feel like so many stores always run out of!!

Very surprised this was such an unpleasant experience. We popped in. Six employees working on a huge catering order. They left one gal to do the work of 3.
Out of steak!
Out of chicken!
Bottom on the pan on pork.
Out of limes !!!!
Wth?

Took 17 minutes to get food and we were in line at the front.
Fail

Got back home
Kids meal was burnt. Cheese melted out. Fail.
My burrito was cold.
Do better.

I felt bad for Melissa
They left her up there. All alone to do the work of three. She was slammed. So I leave her a 5 star review. Everything else was bad. Well. She did burn the quesadilla. But that’s ok. A manager needs to step in and up to the plate !!!

Food was fine once we got it. But the poor chef was working hard to make more chicken and steak while the rest of the staff joked around with a line of customers. The restroom needed paper towels, and toilet paper. And all of the garbage cans were overflowing.

Using the app, I'm able to place my order and time it just right so I can walk up and have my food ready to go without waiting in line. That's a big reason why using the app is beneficial. I'm someone who likes to waste little time, especially when it comes to grabbing food. I probably waiting less then 20 minutes. I walked up near the cashier and my food was ready to go. If you purchase a drink. You will get the cup 🥤 inside, make sure to fill your drink. Some customers like ice 🧊 others don't. This saves you from the hassle of getting what you want. It was quiet and the tables looked moderately clean. The outside seems nice with the right weather 👌. Over all this was a great experience for myself and I would definitely recommend and come back here.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just have to express how terrible this place was. I have already sent in a message on Chipotles website as well. I placed an online order for 3 tacos, a large queso and chips, and a fountain drink. I didn’t know where to go for online orders as the shelf for bags was empty so I waited in line and asked someone behind the counter, he let me know to go over and let the person working online orders know my name so that was helpful. But other than that one moment this was a terrible experience. For starters the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. There was rice and meat and food all over the ground and all over the tables in the seating area. The chairs were all over the place and it was very obvious it has not been cleaned in a while. Next up, this tacos. They were quite literally ice cold. The meat was cold, the rice was cold, nothing on the taco was anywhere near warm. Then we get to the queso. Hooray the queso is hot!!! Awww too bad it tastes old and gritty ☹️ The queso was gritty and had no sort of cheese flavor. I paid $8.50 for the large queso and chips alone and for it to taste old was disappointing as i didn’t continue eating it for fear of getting sick. And finally we come to the drink. I think okay at least my drink will be okay… WRONG. The soda machine had no ice. So i had to settle for a sorta cooled coke zero. NOT on the rocks 😔 Overall: I spent almost $25 on this meal and it was absolutely horrible. I will not be coming back to this Chipotle. And i urge you to do the same.
