I love the membership deals. The only complaint I have is, I wish you could do is cancel or pause it for a month or two when you first start. One of the best experiences my family and I’ve had here at Chuck E Cheese. S fight broke out and one of the minor employees broke it up and got it out of the store as quickly as it started. She did an amazing job! She kept all the kids safe and herself.

Went for kiddos birthday party he seemed to love the party. As most kids do he got scared of chucky but he ended up dancing. He enjoyed the ticket blaster. We had a manger tell us we could buy socks for $5 and kids can jump for as long as they want on the trampolines. Over all great experience.
Had my sons 3rd birthday party here and they were short staffed because of weather, but that did not stop the manager and the one crew member I saw working there to go above and beyond for my party to make sure we had a fun experience! They were very accommodating and fast! Thank you guys for the great experience and hospitality.

We took our granddaughter to Chick E Cheese for her 5th birthday. It was perfect! She loved it! We were there for 2 1/2 hours it went so fast! The staff was great, and the pizza was too.

The pizza is wayyyyyyy better than it was years ago. No more cardboard. The salad bar is always fresh. The staff is always helpful. Rob and his team do amazing work here.
Do yourself a favor and get the unlimited pass.
30 per month that gets 250 play points per day that CAN be divided amongst more than 1 card. Plus HALF OFF ON FOOD anddddddd there's a planet fitness nearby so time it right with your family like we do, and we get great time together as a family plus one on one time with our kiddo plus alone time at the gym. It's a win win win.
Also for the kid check safety, Rob is ADAMANT on making sure him and his staff check them every time.
Corporate if you're reading this. Get your B hinds in gear and staff this place better, it's you that has failed as upper management for not OVER STAFFING a kids place. I know it costs money but if it's truly FOR THE KIDS then you'll understand it's safety above all and the best way to maintain that with your current system is MORE STAFF.
