This hotel has always been my absolute favorite hotel I have stayed in when visiting Grand Rapids. Unfortunately, I am very sad that I will not be staying here nor recommending it to anyone ever again.

Banging and noises from below all night long (guessing we were over the kitchen 😑). Called three times before day of check out to request late check out (only one extra hour) ~ told had to call morning of. Call desk morning of ~ sorry you had to call by 9am. Rooms are trashy ~ cork floor 🙄 is cracked and peeling up (literally could pick pieces up off floor). No comfortable chair in room at all (tiny small rolling desk chair). Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at EVER
