Best meal prep service I’ve ever had. Owner is present each time I’m there and demonstrates a passion for his place of business. Staff is readily available to assist and inform. Special shoutout to Colleen who helped me set up my meal plans for next week.

Stop in if you want fresh food after a long drive! So much better than a chain: we were hungry after a 10 hour drive and wanted something that wouldn’t hurt our stomachs. We got a fresh wrap and bowl and both were amazing! The service was wonderful and so was the food! Very reasonable price too - $35 for both of our lunch with tip and a drink. Cheap and healthy!!
