“Been coming here for years and their coffee is my absolute favorite. Always consistent and amazing. Only complaint are the prices have greatly increased over the years. Obviously prices are going to increase but I used to pay $4.50 for a latte in 2020 and now paying north of $7.50 or $8. Customer service is always meh. Never overly friendly. Keep coming back because of the amazing coffee!“

“What a great spot! There are great seating options inside and outside, the baristas are friendly and the coffee is delicious! I also really enjoy how much light comes in, especially on those cold winter days. Definitely will continue to return to madcap!!“

“I stopped in for a drink and ended up hanging out with the owners and sampling some drinks. probably the best coffee experience i have ever had. top notch roast, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. best place in west michigan to stop in and get a coffee“
