Love the amount of energy that Ellie had today, She did a great job and didn’t mess up any of our orders. I tipped her $10 out of a $13 dollar order because of how much I appreciated the great energy and how she treated us. Thanks Ellie :). Would come here again

My grandson took me here for dessert after he took me out to dinner. Ellie was SUPER nice and asked how our day was while fixing our orders. Definitely recommend!! Thank you Ellie the ice cream was great too!!

They had a great selection of ice cream. Big servings and friendly. Very busy. Attached to movie theater. Nowhere to sit inside or outside of cold stone. You could sit in the movie theater eating area that it shares space with. Tiny store

Sam from the celebration coldstone in Knapp corner decorated my daughter’s first birthday cake and we are so in love!! He went above and beyond for us and we are so happy with the way it turned out. Completely exceeded our expectations! 🎀 Thanks again!

Online pickup area is in the worst place possible. Should be by the registers so drivers dont have to cut through a giant line of people.

Watching my son give his order to the two girls working 3, 4, 5 times while they completely ignore him and whisper and giggle to each other about whatever their conversation is while never making eye contact with the customers at the counter speaking to them, yikes.

And then asking for a tip after making a kid feel like crap at an ice cream shop.

I walked in to pick up an online custom cake I ordered online. The man was very friendly, greeted me rigjt away, and asked how my day was. He told me happy birthday, since that was my cake, and asked if I wanted a “sample!” Of course I said yes… and he gave me a GIANT bowl of ice cream and brownie!!! Chris was AWESOME and connected on a personal level with me!!!! I will DEFINITELY be coming back! CHRIS you rock!!!

Was here Saturday around 3ish, one guy working and a line to the door. Was absolutely awesome! Never broke his spirit, he was joyful and happy. Definitely a good team member.
