Me and my friend stopped by over half an hour close to an hour before it closed (7:15pm ish) and it even said it was open online but when we got there it wasn't open. We were very disappointed since we both had been looking forward to trying it and it wasn't open like it claimed it was online and on the hours listed on the door. If it has been closed due to short staff or something like that it would've been nice if a notice had been put on the door explaining why.

The tea was alright but not the best. The lady working was a mess, she didn’t even know what was on the sandwich. She spilled the whole container of boba everywhere. Very slow. Almost cancelled my order. There’s better boba places in town, i wouldn’t come back here again. She was more focused on being on the phone then getting me my order

I have tried many boba places in the area and this one stands out to me every time. I am a big fan of a good ginger tea and their ginger lemon tea is the best one I have ever found at a boba place. I highly recommend it to ginger fans!

I love their bubble tea and the customer service there is splendid. You can’t ask for anything more. My experience has been very pleasant and I have had no problems with them. They make everything perfect.
I have come here for boba a few times, and am pleasantly surprised at the difference in quality from here and most of the boba teas I’ve had in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area. The Thai milk tea was orange (as it should be) and didn’t taste like the disgusting artificial syrups that I didn’t know existed until trying “Thai milk tea” in Battle Creek/Kalamazoo. It wasn’t the most flavorful I’ve had, but I’d get it again. On the other hand, I tried the Brown Sugar Crystals for the first time. They were an interesting texture that I wasn’t the biggest fan of, but wasn’t bad. I was sad that they tasted like nothing though. I think I’ll stick with the more traditional boba… As for the atmosphere, it wasn’t bad. They only had one employee taking orders & making drinks, but since I was the only one there at the time, it didn’t take long. They did seem a bit more cluttered than usual with the counter space taken up with candy & a table of random cheap paper supplies for sale next to the register. It is a small space, and times may be tough, but there’s probably a better way to display these new items for sale that doesn’t seem almost overwhelming to customers ordering.

I have been ordering from Copa Miu Tea for a while. I normally get it door dashed though. This time there was an issue with my tea and while door dash was extremely rude and unprofessional about the issue the restaurant themselves handled the situation with grace and was so polite. I will continue to order from them as they have showed professionalism in the face of my cranky pregnant butt. Their Bahn Mi is amazing and the blue Hawaiian with lychee boba is always my go to. Thank you guys for all you do
