Dirty tables everywhere. Asked for slice lemon never got. Workers looked mad no smile. Black and blu steak salad my alike favorite. Good except barely any steak to eat. Half to hard like stone due to all the gristle!

Frequent customer. I have had too many bad experiences with quality/service at this point. Last Wednesday night (11/12) I had a pickup order that was lost. They ignored me at the pickup window and I had to get in line to get their attention. So I was at the store for a good 45 minutes. After my urging, they found it half prepared behind the counter.. And then it was missing 2 parts of the order when I got it home. This staff is clueless, sorry guys. No more

Got a $17 wrap with extra tofu and it had 4 small chunks of tofu at the very bottom of the wrap. It was mostly carrots. I threw it away after eating the 5 grams of protein it came with.

The last several months the service has declined significantly. I often arrive at 7:30 and they’re already closing down and putting food away.

Consistently not greeted in any way, and made to feel like they’re annoyed to have customers and they just want to go home. Won’t answer questions or give snide answers.

Often don’t have all the toppings out , and won’t go get more from the back, sometimes making up inaccurate reasons for why they can’t get more cheese or onions, etc.

Tonight they put on used gloves, grabbed toppings with their hands instead of utensils, and poured dressing by dipping ramekins in the dressing containers with their hands.

I finally mentioned to them that it felt like they didn’t want us customers there tonight, and eyes were rolled while they said, “we’re tired.”

It’s also filthy on the floor and in the seating area. Will definitely be choosing other food options until things change.

I ordered the Southwest Chicken & Purple Rice bowl. This bowl was soooo delicious. The employees are very nice and work hard to accommodate everyone. It gets very busy, just have a little patience. Trust me, it’s worth the wait!

Updating to say: I was offered an apology and a code for a large free bowl. I ordered online and allowed ample time to pick up. I was able to grab my food without incident, and the food did taste fresh.

I ordered online for pickup and it was not ready for another 20 minutes after my allotted pickup time. My order was short 2 items, which they were out of, but no refund was issued and no one told me when I picked up my order - when I noticed they were missing I went back and was told a manager would call me (they never did). The side of naan and hummus was quite small. I got a thai chicken wrap and it was pretty good, but I don't think the extra chicken I ordered was on it. All in all, kind of a bummer first experience here.

We love the food, but every time we order they forget the protein in the meal. I ordered a chicken box and got no chicken, no meat in the Korean bbq wrap.

Two years ago I would have given this CoreLife location at least 4 stars. Now, I’m being very generous giving them 3. This location is right down from my office and I like that they’re have decently healthy choices when I don’t bring something from home to eat for lunch. However, the last few months they have forgotten to put an item on my food every single time. And, every single time, I have to wait at least 10 minutes longer than the online ordering app tells me to pick up my food. Funny thing is that despite being made while I’m standing there waiting, the food is still lukewarm. I have checked my food in the parking lot, but often don’t have time to do this. Only to discover my order is missing ingredients when it’s too late. The most recent order I was missing the sauce. Ever eat a bowl of vegetables, rice and quinoa, and chicken DRY?!? It’s not the most pleasant experience and certainly not worth almost $20 after the tip.
