Ordered online for pickup, receipt on bag was correct. Got home to discover order was completely wrong. Called the store to have the worker tell me "oh yeah we got a call from someone else, we must have switched them." I asked if we could drive back and get the correct order. She said "well we close at 8pm and we'll be locking the doors at 8." As someone who works in customer service, train your employees better.

I paid $12 after tax and tip for a vegan grain bowl that was about three cups of kale, a tablespoon of quinoa and a quarter cup of tofu. Apparently it was not a mistake because I noticed after paying that this entree item is listed as having “195 calories”. I had to go home and eat a second lunch. Everyone working there was perfectly nice, good service but I really don’t understand the menu.

Cashier asked my daughter if she had the munchies, not sure what he meant she said yes ,he laughed and said it was written all over her face. I told her not to go back, no need for these extra creepy comments.

I often don’t write reviews but this is very deserved besides the very good service from here the bowls are amazing neither chipotle, qdoba, or sweetgreen can come close to this place there bowls are very unique and very good for anyone on a diet

Vegetarian options: I had SW Chicken salad. Preparation of chicken and salad not nearly as good as previous prep. Formally chicken was prepared fresh in SW sauce. Today chicken was not cooked fresh and was not cooked in SW sauce ☹️ resulting in bland taste. I will not be returning for this meal.

My mom & I love coming to this location. Customer service is always great. But today during check out there was a gentleman behind the counter (I'm guessing he was new) that was observing the cashier & the manager came up to him & said "don't just stand here if you're not going to help" then told him he could go to the back. I appreciated that he chose to stay up front & help bag our to-go food but I found the manager to come off very unnecessarily rude.

I hate false advertisement. The pictures they use on their ordering site imply the steak meat is sliced and in a much greater quantity. It was small cubes of meat. Maybe 1/2 of what was advertised. The food was actually good but I will never shop here again.
