This is the best place I know of in Grand rapids to get fried chicken. I love going at lunchtime to get one of the meals. And it makes my husband overly happy when I pick some up for dinner. In addition to the great chicken, there are quite a few good sides to choose from. My favorites are the cole slaw and the fried mushrooms. And for dessert, the fries Oreo is awesome.

The fried chicken was delicious. The outside was crispy, and the inside was moist and tender. The breading was just the right thickness. It was seasoned perfectly, so it wasn't greasy at all. I want to go back again.

I have been enjoying the food here a lot lately! I wanted to give a special shout out to the service I received tonight! I order a 2 piece dark meat combo, and instead they gave me a third piece free of charge! I also ordered a fried Oreo for myself, and they gave me two even though I only ordered one! They were so friendly and welcoming when I went in to get my food. Not to mention my combo was less than $9! Great deals, great food, and great service. So glad I live close to this business

I love the food, the price is great, but their ceiling is caked in dust and it makes me kind of grossed out any time I come in to eat. Nobody wants to eat their food with a ceiling caked in dust.

I enjoy the food at this establishment, and the people who operate it make the experience even better. A few weeks ago, I had an issue with an order. Not only did they offer to remake my food, but they also went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which may not have even been their fault. I have never had a negative experience with Cousins Chicken, but they still wanted to make things right. I just wanted to express my gratitude, and regardless of that mishap, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
