The store was filty, they didn't have the cookies we ordered even after asking before I placed my order to make sure they would have them. The workers were all over the place and then all just left the orders in 1 persons hands.

The service is terrible!!! 25+ people waiting 30 mins for online orders and the workers just stand around laughing and joking while the customers stand waiting...

This used to be a decent establishment, but recently they hired a new crew that doesn’t even bother greeting you when you walk through the door let alone help you with your order. Instead you’re now expected to place your own order but one the screen they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. Here’s a good one for you, how about you hire workers who are concerned with fulfilling the customer service requirements of a customer facing role. If I wanted crappy service from a dessert shop I’d go down the road to Krispy Kreme 🥴 not to mention the state of the location, it looks dirty … I’m not going to purchase overpriced cookies from a location that doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness

Didn’t get the correct cookie orders, they were busy which I totally understand! The employee opened the box and closed it so quickly that we couldn’t double check if it was all correct until we got home.

Another issue I had was that the employee gloves were dirty with cookie filling so it was all over the box.

Maybe next time it will be better

Not sure what happened but I went and there were people who were waiting longer than 30 minutes (i didnt know that untill I ordered and had to wait that long too). No one knew where the line stopped or started and there were zero employees trying to guide people. I couldnt get my money back so I had to wait 30-40 minutes to get the four cookies. I get it gets busy but there was no organization or guidance for the tiny room every one was in.
