I come here pretty often and my order is wrong about a third of the time which can be frustrating. Some of the staff are so kind, but some could work on their customer service. I've noticed this location's concrete mixers aren't prepped as well as other locations. It is usually much more liquidy rather than dense and creamy... regardless, still love the food, just wish there were more improvements because it definitely feels lacking in comparison to other locations.

The food is pretty typical for Culver’s. The baskets are nice and the concretes are awesome after a long day. However, the cheese curds were heavily salted, so all I really tasted was just salt and the fried batter.
Best location in the GR area! Burgers are always cooked just to temp so they are juicy.

I had never had Culvers before, and I was honestly looking so forward to it ... But I was 100% disappointed and will not be returning!! The fish and onion rings were so incredibly soggy, and the fish was honestly the worst fish I've ever had ( as well as the coleslaw )!! The rolls were okay ( the parts that weren't wet from the soggy fish and onion rings!! For almost 50 dollars for 2 fish meals with NO drinks was outrageous!! Especially when I couldn't eat anything but the roll and managed to get down a few onion rings!! I will not be returning!! Way to overly priced, and the meal was not edible!! I had such high hopes!!

The staff here are super nice, the ice cream is made wrong every time though ☹️ last time I asked for a sundae to which I received a concrete mixer instead, I just ate it because I didn’t want to wait in line again. And this time I received a turtle Sunday with only walnuts and nothing else, again I just ate it because I hate waiting forever in line.
