I visited during a busy fundraiser and ended up waiting about 35 minutes for my food. I was frustrated but stayed calm. What impressed me was how the manager handled it—he personally came out to my car, apologized, and made it right. I come here regularly and delays like this are rare, but his professionalism and care for the customer are exactly why this is a 5-star review. I hope his boss or the franchise owner sees this and recognizes the great way he represents their brand.

This review is about the Culver’s in Grand Rapids Michigan on the east beltline. I went there a couple weeks ago for lunch. Normally the food is very fresh but this day I received a cold Card sandwich. I was in a hurry and I didn’t notice it until I proceeded on the highway.. I called the store informed him of the situation regarding my food and I was told to leave my name and it would be replaced when I return. I was on my way to a business meeting so I could not turn around and come back I just visit the same Culver’s tonight I asked for the manager the manager yelled in a loud voice we don’t do refunds!! he didn’t bother to hear my explanation of what happened. He was very rude and when I informed him that I would be speaking to upper management, he laughed and told me good luck with that. I did videotape him if you want to go to a restaurant that really does not care about you being a customer and I just want your money just visit the East beltline Culver’s. Michael will be glad to help you, he’s the general manager.
