Assistant manager Diana is absolutely the most unfriendly manager i’ve ever seen. My family has been coming here numerous times a week for years and have never had the experience we just did. We ordered for pick up at 530pm and we got there at 544. Our food was cold, not lukewarm….cold. She blamed it on us being 15 minutes late. That does not mean our food should be cold. I would never allow my managers of my business to treat customers this way. She should be ashamed of herself.

I have never felt so welcomed at a fast food restaurant ever!!! Seve and Bentley are amazing and definitely should be valued as team members. I will continue to only eat at this Culver’s as long as they are there. The food is delicious and I came 3 days in a row. I will definitely be back before the month is over! Never had I seen such helpful friendly staff especially these days! Thank you for a great meal and experience!!!!!!

I visited during a busy fundraiser and ended up waiting about 35 minutes for my food. I was frustrated but stayed calm. What impressed me was how the manager handled it—he personally came out to my car, apologized, and made it right. I come here regularly and delays like this are rare, but his professionalism and care for the customer are exactly why this is a 5-star review. I hope his boss or the franchise owner sees this and recognizes the great way he represents their brand.
