I visited during a busy fundraiser and ended up waiting about 35 minutes for my food. I was frustrated but stayed calm. What impressed me was how the manager handled it—he personally came out to my car, apologized, and made it right. I come here regularly and delays like this are rare, but his professionalism and care for the customer are exactly why this is a 5-star review. I hope his boss or the franchise owner sees this and recognizes the great way he represents their brand.

i don’t love fast food so i was really surprised how good this place was! the salad i ordered was fresh and tasty, the chicken was really decent quality and my boyfriend loved his chicken sandwich and frozen custard mixer. the service was super fast and friendly, and the space was clean and looked new.

I love the Culver's at this location. The staff are always polite and friendly. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is clean and enjoyable.
