Food was amazing
The variety was great. Super friendly and overall just a great place! Highly recommend for some tasty Indian food 😀
So much food to try and love! I was feeling adventurous and ordered the Curry Leaf Special with goat and it was…
💙⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙 exceptional!
We’re from out-of-town so I didn’t take any leftovers. So sad! 😭
Decor was a miss… but the staff were attentive and kind.
The service is fast and excellent, they’re always very attentive in case you need anything else. The quality and flavor of the food are outstanding. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in Grand Rapids and without a doubt, my favorite.
Terrible experience. We walked in around 2:15 and sat down and asked for the menu. The gentleman took a while to greet and seat us and eventually gave us the menu after we said we didn’t want to do the buffet. We ordered samosa, dosa and idli. He told us the kitchen will close at 2:30 and we asked for payasam which he said they did not have.He brought out cold samosa with no chutney. Every basic Indian restaurant serves with chutneys. He said we only have tamarind chutney. He then brought us the dosa with one peanut chutney. No coconut chutney, no mint chutney, no sambar. Then he brought the aloo (potato masala) which was also cold. Just a plain, COLD hard dosa. I went over and said hey your food is cold. We proceeded to say please ring us up and cancel the bill, we paid for the samosas. He then tells me he is all alone and the kitchen close time is 2:30pm and so I show him the google time which showed 3PM. I told him, if they were not prepared and wanted to close early he shouldn’t have sat us down. Terrible service, extremely unprofessional and disgusting presentation of food - not fresh and just ice cold; will not be dining again. Place was also dirty, and another lady was busy packing her own box and making faces. Gross! Please do not dine here!
This place is a disgrace to Indian cuisine. Absolute worst. Food was cold, bland, and felt like it was prepared days ago. It was evident that no effort was put to try to make one decent dish. Utensils and food pans were not clean. Too less vegeterian options in an Indian buffet was also a first for us. Service was also non-existent. Would give zero stars if it was possible.
Fantastic food and even better customer service!! If you are unsure of what to try they offer samples. (At their Downtown Market location)
Their butter chicken with garlic naan is like crack
