Has stayed just like I remember it 30 years ago. Wish the one closer to the zoo hadn't gone out-of-business.
Outside eating tables, small stand with walk-up windows (no drive thru).

Hard to get in and out of. Stood at the window questioning if they were closed for almost 5 minutes before an employee appeared to serve me. The employee seemed like she didn't want to be there and gave me the customer service that reflects that. Would not recommend this location.

It’s always an unorganized cluster, but it’s close to my house and makes my kid happy. But now, she can’t order the thing she has been ordering since we have been coming here because they won’t allow her to get chocolate chips on her ice cream. (She is 4…. She doesn’t understand ridiculous “corporate policy”). I’m happy to pay extra for the toppings. I’m not asking for anything for free. But now she is just disappointed. Give me a locally owned place over a franchise chain any day.

It’s practically the last DQ in the GR area-/what’s not to love? Parking is limited but great little spot for a sweet treat! Hope it continues to stay in business!

Rather disappointed with my strawberry sundae. There was not even one strawberry in the sundae, just strawberry juice. This is not the way I remember DQ sundaes. The customer service was a bit lacking too.
I was so looking forward to enjoying
my ice cream order, but it has left much to be desired ☹️
Not sure that I will return.

Not impressed. I ordered a small cheesecake blizzard and a hot dog w/ketchup, mustard, and relish. My husband ordered an oreo blizzard and 2 hot dogs with just ketchup and mustard. When the girl gave us the order she gave us only 2 hot dogs. One I ordered and only 1 my husband ordered. I politely mentioned we ordered 3 hot dogs and she proceeded to argue with me that we didn't order 3 and if we wanted another one she could ring it up. I said no thank you. When my husband ordered she asked if he wanted them the same as mine and he said no. She messed up the order and instead of apologizing she argued with the customer. Never coming back. The hot dogs were cold and the customer service was awful.

Ordered a med pineapple sundae. Received a med vanilla ice cream with pineapple juice no whipped topping no cherry. I dumped out the juice. Unbelievable there was a sign in window from 2022 aware for 60 years in biz. Not mine ever again

Ordered a blizzard, and it had very little flavor. Tasted like vanilla ice cream with some bananas in it. When I asked the worker if I could get a little more flavor added, I was told that there would be an up charge. What happened to doing it right the first time or standing behind your product? Not impressed!

Our first time visiting was on a busy day (busy day for all ice cream places around). The line was long, but went by quick. The ice cream was delicious; we'll be back to try the food.

Parking: Very small parking lot out back, street parking in the area usually isn't hard to find.

WARNING: New owners leaving out main ingredients, and charging more. No fudge in any of the 6 Buster Bars I got that should contain 3 thick layers, and they are "'Made On Sight" so this DQ is the problem. Also, large cheesecake blizzard only had 2 tiny pieces. They know you don't find out there are missing ingredients until you have eaten it and cannot get a refund. I was cheated (and notice they do not reply they will fix this moving forward). Never again.

If you're reading this as a review, you are not a consumer of ice cream. Sure there is ice cream places everywhere, but Dairy Queen is more than a ice cream shop. It's a tradition with a heart. People who own ice cream shops outside of grocery retailers know this. They have to meet some standard of quality. They don't have other parts of a corporation to help them stay a float. So don't believe try and compare. And if I am right, leave others a positive review for others to contribute the same.
