Definitely needs new management and workers. Wait time is ridiculous and we had to wait 30+ minutes to even order. Ended up having to leave after sitting another 30 with no food. They weren’t even busy. Maybe 3 other tables.

Been here many times but not sure if I'll return. Had breakfast there, waitress was nice and it wasn't very bust. The waitress brought me my order and told me if I wanted more coffee to let her know (?? huh) then she disappeared. I ordered bacon & eggs with hashbrowns and toast, only got 2 pieces of bacon, what a rip for over $15, plus a tip. I was almost out of coffee after eating most of my food, I tried several times to let her know but I couldn't, so I had to get loud and ask for more, how rude. I don't like that kind of service, nor do I think that I should have to flag someone down and make a big deal of noise just to get a refill. In my book, the customer always comes 1st, or you may not be in business very long.

We had a great meal at our local Dennys on Plainfield. I like my eggs cooked a special way, over medium and some cooks can't do it, but Marvin the cook made my eggs perfect. Thanks for the great food Marvin.

Where to start, it was very dreadful. Worst experience I've ever had in Dennys. The only thing that made my night after a whole crazy work day was the fine and professional work by Lucas great service. I've done so many reviews in my whole career, and this is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience. My burger patty was like half gone, my hashbrown were dry, same with my burger. My brothers omelet magically turned into a sandwich. It was crazy here. Was informed that many items were limited due to shortage with inventory. Dennys get it together.
