The kids who work the store do a great job when their mom is working, once mom is gone all customer service is out the window.

Food was extremely lackluster. Sauce, cook, everything about the classic and boneless wings and slaw. Not to mention forgotten sauces.

Was way better at the other Beltline location. Would not order again

It's a pickup place so the atmosphere doesn't matter, but the tenders are smaller than a nugget. I asked about it since the vegan ones are $3 each, and they took the one back without cleaning their hands and decided to recook one new one.

For $20, they also didn't toss the tenders in the sauce, even though is was specified on the receipt I got.

I get it, but this was kinda ridiculous for the price.

Definitely wouldn't recommend since there are 9 million wing places and this one has terrible service and an abysmal size to price ratio.

I wish I could add no stars. I went to this location to order typical chicken tenders and fries and they not only gave me “backup”chicken which I wasn’t even aware of before placing the order, but they also overcooked the chicken. It was dry and there were bits of it you literally had to break off just to be able to eat (so you won’t hurt your teeth) I politely called back to get a reorder and tell them about the concerns and they said there chicken wasn’t overcooked and NO to the reorder. So burnt chicken that is dry isn’t overcooked? Hmm ok. In my opinion do not give this location your money.

Waited 25 minutes for our wings. When I went to ask the status of our order around the 20 minute mark they said they were just waiting for the wings to come out of the fryer. A few minutes later when they were ready and we began eating the wings were cold. We ate in the restaurant. Something doesn't add up with what I was told and what happened.

Order wings a day in advance for a 4:45 pick up. Went at 4:45 and was told it was going to be “at least another hour!” They also wouldn’t allow us to order the wings the way we like either. Very disappointed in the way they operate. I recognize it is a busy day for them, but they should shut down ordering if they can’t meet the time or at least close to it.

Horrible service with no help from Manager Aiden. Our order was placed at 3 pm with a scheduled pick up at 3:45. Came in at 3:35 and were told 10 more minutes. At 3:55 inquired and told about 10 more minutes. Manager didn't seem to care, wasn't going to do anything to help the situation. Basically said to write a complaint. So here we are. Restaurant was dirty with garbage spilling over.
May be looking for a new wing place.
