Horrible service with no help from Manager Aiden. Our order was placed at 3 pm with a scheduled pick up at 3:45. Came in at 3:35 and were told 10 more minutes. At 3:55 inquired and told about 10 more minutes. Manager didn't seem to care, wasn't going to do anything to help the situation. Basically said to write a complaint. So here we are. Restaurant was dirty with garbage spilling over.
May be looking for a new wing place.

I typically only leave fairly positive reviews, but unfortunately I need to leave a negative review for this establishment.

I placed a pickup order at 3:15 PM for pickup at 6:15 PM, thinking that 3 hours prior to pickup would be enough time to ensure that my order was ready. When I arrived at 6:15 PM, the staff member informed me that it would only be a few minutes, but I could clearly see that they hadn't even started my order. I ended up waiting approx. 22 minutes for my order with zero updates from the staff about when my order would be ready. When I returned home and took a look at my order, it was incorrect and was missing items. I have ordered from here before over the past couple of years, but feel that I can no longer order from here going forward as the quality of the service and the quality of the food has decreased.

The staff working were Aden and Luke. I asked them their names put on the receipt because I was very impressed with their customer service etc. they were very well together even in the kitchen. I decided to add to my order and that's why I was there longer. Watched them taking care of other orders for doordash etc. A lot of places just set their online orders off with the name on it and hand it to the person and done. Sometimes not even a thank you. They treated everyone that walked in there attentively and good manners. Everything to encourage a return visit. My order was timely, correct and done well. Value for items I purchased was better than B-Dubs buy one wing get one 50% across the street. Some in the family wanted B-Dubs because of the skinny fries and cheese curds. They had a gift card. It was my birthday and I got six free wings there so I ordered to let them have those because I like DWC wings better. I wish I could order just the cheese curds fried at dwc because that's the only reason I would ever make a second stop myself. At the job she handed me my order and said have a good night but she didn't even look at me. Just said it and turned away, She had no line or a phone call. I had to ask for my receipt. It amused me because her name was Patience. Not feeling it that night. Your guys were stellar. I couldn't seem anything negative about Aden or Luke and because they double checked the receipt and it was $5 less than usual for the package I got. They realized it and then found out it was my birthday. They both very genuinely wished me a happy birthday and thanks for coming there. Location Knapps Corners Grand Rapids Michigan also I had to phone my order into b-dub because the online would not give me my reward and was trying to Bill me zero. A lot of people might have just submitted it that way but I was honest and I let them know and called. Your app and online ordering is always so easy. The only option I wish that DWC had is (even with an upcharge) to be able to make an order all flat or all drummies because certain individuals in our family for certain sauces have definite preferences. So just a suggestion.

Eric and Steve handled our catering orderly perfect and with amazing service! Everything was perfectly readly and on-time. I would highly recommend this location as the workers are passionate about their jobs and go above and beyond. 10/10 location!!!
