Guy on the phone was awesome. Delivery guy was cool. Pizza was pretty alright. Crust is a bit DeGiorno-esque. Sure it's a little over-priced but I was okay with that from a place that is local and actually has wagon-wheels as an option! They only got me down when they decided to charge me more for doing half-and-half on my pizza. Like, what gives? I've worked at a pizza place for 5 years of my life and it takes the pizza maker an extra 10 seconds to split up the pizza between different toppings...you telling me that costs an extra $2.25 even though the product volume is the same? C'mooooonnnnnnnnnnnn

After years of driving by this place I finally decided to take my son to check it out the other day. They were just opening when I arrived and then gentlemen working behind the counter was in a chipper mood and happy to help. This place has a huge variety of toppings that you can put on your pizza but we decided to keep it simple and ordered a 14-in pepperoni with light sauce. 20 minutes later It was ready for pickup. It was a quality pizza and had a good amount of cheese on it, The only thing that I was not to fond of was the sauce but that's mostly a personal preference. Overall they had decent prices, quality pizza, and a friendly staff. 8 out of 10.

best pizza I’ve ever had in my life . The only thing I would change is the crust it a little to thick but it’s fine cause it’s sooo dam good otherwise. It’s like gettting s free bread stick on the end of ur pizza ! The hours of this place are always changing so hard to get a pizza . Now they are closed sundays .. fine but that’s the one day I order pizza cause I’m hung over and want to do nothing . So now I have to go the mitten cause that’s second best in town. Otherwise best pizza in the world! I had a lot of pizza in a lot of city’s . Sooo that’s saying a lot . They just have limited hours and days.plus no delivery.

Called Friday evening to order a med deluxe pizza. The guy on the phone asked me what does a med pizza mean to you! I said, umm a med size. He again says, what does a med pizza mean to you! Needless to say...I hung up, called Salvatores.

It is weird that this great Pizzaria attracts so many strange people to the Westside. Most of the regulars here are great people, but then there are the entitled:I have no idea what Madeline Dietrich was thinking when she ordered a $30.00 plus pizza and a $9.00 salad. “ I felt the ingredients in the salad could’ve been higher quality.”?? That salad has a whole head of lettuce in it and the finest ingredients you cannot buy except if you have a wholesale account. “ Unfortunately, the employees nor other patrons were wearing masks. It was disappointing.” Disappointing is the fact you did not bring up both concerns while there when you could have been educated as to the reasons why! Both owners cannot wear a mask because of health reasons ( which is none of your business) plus they do not want to force their employees to stifle their breathing around a 500 degree oven. We the regulars of this fine food service establishment know what this place represents to the Westside, but for some reason Madeline does not want to educate herself. Then there is ‘John Dough’ who really is better off going to Little Ceaser’s so they can deal with his snowflake self. I was picking up my food on my way to work when this Doughboy called to order; it took almost ten minutes to try to provide this entitled child service. He told the employee that he lived the pizza and even tried to convince his friends (while on the phone) that it was the best pizza in Grand Rapids. Just because he could not waste the Pizzaria’s time and energy to deliver his pizza to his frightened self sitting in his Prissy parked in the parking lot he decided to write the shortest bad review ever; he took more time trying to order, LOL.Taylor Roberts is another nut job that keeps recurring, it is not the shop owners responsibility to think you do not know what you are ordering and that you are not aware of the price. Ingredients are not free. Extra cheese is still extra and it is not $1.75. Any special ingredients cost more then the regular ones. Pizza is not rocket science people. Just last Thursday two stooges came in to pick up their girlfriends order and got into a fight about the listed price and had to be removed from the place. Guys goat cheese is not free or cheap and fighting with the owners wife about it can land you in trouble. Fighting over what was ordered is not the smartest thing to do; your girlfriend was told there was an up charge and she agreed to it. Nuff said.So if you want the best pizza in GR then please ask questions if you do not know what you are doing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can walk you through the process to a perfect pizza. Quit trying to ruin a steadfast and great Westside business with your petty reviews and pansy demands. If you want the best this is the place. If you are afraid to leave your safe-space then stay at home.

Chicken supreme pizza was superb! The antipasto salad was okay. I felt the ingredients in the salad could’ve been higher quality. For $47 for one pizza and one salad, I expect better. Though, the flavoring on the ‘za was perfect, especially the pine nuts.Unfortunately, the employees nor other patrons were wearing masks. It was disappointing.

This place is garbage. They don’t do pickup or curbside at all!!! Better off going to little Caesars

This is pizza. Made by a family that has made pizza forever. I love the sauce. I love the crust. Both màde in house and exclusive. The oven is a classic and performànce is as should be. The artisans have made a lotta pizza. The size up to 30 iinch. I personally like the classic deluxe. You can't go wrong.

Last time I ordered a pizza from here for pick up they changed the price of my pizza when I entered to pay. They changed it because the woman’s husband decided based off of what toppings I asked for that the price needed to be higher. Just poor service to customers. I would have kept going back as a regular if they would’ve been more caring about customer service.

Had a great experience! I went inside to see if they had any slices, and ended up getting a whole pie because it looked and smelled so good. Staff was friendly and it seemed like a good environment. The pizza I had was phenomenal also, 10/10 would recommend and I’m excited to order from them again the next time my family gets together!!

Cheese was a nice, think layer and the sauce was very good. Crust was just the right thickness and flavorful. Definitely will be returning.

The owners were really friendly and nice to us during our first visit. They answered any questions we had and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. You have to be prepared for the wait time because they make it from scratch. But it is so worth the wait! Absolutely delicious both the first time and then when you warm it up later.
