Distinctive Catering

Distinctive Catering was a 10/10 find. They were quick to respond and answer questions, had no problem traveling to my location and provided the best staff. The food and drinks were exactly what I wanted and SO good! I didn’t get to talk to the catering staff that much, but the bar staff was amazing. They had no problem monitoring possibly problematic guests and making sure we had a great time. Chaya and Tyler both deserve a raise! Thank you for making our day so perfect!

Distinctive Catering was so responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with - - from my first email to the catered work event, they were top notch. The food was excellent, and I heard many positive comments after the event. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your special event.

We used Distinctive Catering for our wedding in October and they were so amazing. They answered all of my questions and concerns very quickly and were very professional. The food was amazing & we got so many compliments on good it was! The staff at the venue were even very professional and helpful. Even packed up our leftovers at the end for us.

Distinctive Catering was amazing to work with. I emailed countless questions leading up to my wedding they catered and they always responded promptly and professionally. They were so easy to work with. DC also provided an extra table cloths even though we requested very close to our wedding date. Not only was the service great, the food was delicious. We went with the pasta/Italian buffet option and everything tasted great. I received multiple compliments from guests about how good the food was. Would definitely recommend Distinctive Catering for your event.

Our wedding was food was AMAZING. The menu we chose included beef tips with mushroom wine sauce, Tuscan chicken, wild rice, duchess potatoes, maple glazed baby carrots, with a plated salad and rolls. The food was served HOT and stayed hot throughout the duration of the buffet. The food is something everyone remembers from events they attend, and we had so many compliments from our guests about how great the food was.

The staff that served at our event were excellent! Super nice, very professional. I felt the timing of everything was on-track, there were no issues. I wish I had the names of the staff to give a shout out to them.

The booking process was easy; communication was thorough, efficient, and prompt. The tasting process and event was super helpful also in choosing our menu.

10/10 would recommend!!!

We got married 10/19/24. Our venue uses Distinctive Catering. We did the create your own bbq. Everything was delicious. Our guests are still raving about the brisket, ribs, and mashed potatoes. All of the servers were extremely nice also. I would definitely use them again for catering in the future.

We thank the wonderful crew at Distinctive Catering with all our hearts! We had a very lovely (last-minute planning!) Gala at the Barn Theatre on October 5. Any other caterers basically laughed at us, it having been so short notice, and the one that did have availability wanted us to have a buffet. We wanted a plated dinner for our guests. Distinctive Catering made it possible for us to have a lovely plated dinner and the presentation and food were wonderful! They had a full slate of events that same day and yet beautifully fit us in!! Sunni made all the arrangements effortless!! She’s wonderful!

(The only thing I’d change is the catering staff not taking the napkins out of people’s hands while they were still enjoying dessert or clearing off the water goblets during speeches. I think the crew was either young or very inexperienced.) Other than that, a fabulous time with these good folks.

The staff was great to work with and responded very quickly! We thought the food was a little dry at the tasting, but at the wedding it was perfect and we got a lot of compliments on it!

We had Distinctive Catering provide a few different Italian dishes for our wedding, along with really tasty vegetables and salad. It was fantastic! The food was delicious, and their service was top-notch. The servers were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our day stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better support on such an important day. We will definitely be using them again for any future catering needs for business or other events. Highly recommend!

The staff did an excellent job with our wedding. Eveyone was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Vincent and Tami were exceptional servers for the bar. Would recommend their team for any occasion.

We had the most beautiful wedding at St. Cecilia's music center and Distinctive was one of the catering options. We found Distinctive to be a worthwhile investment! The food was amazing and they were very accommodating with our set up. We were able to box up leftovers and take them home. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The guest enjoyed the food and there was no complaints! We choose full service level and it was nice to not have to worry about napkins, plates, or silverware. We loved the peach napkins. I would happily have the food again, I'm so sad there isn't more leftover to eat😂
