“Micheal delivered pizza to our company meeting Thursday and can I just say wow!! He was beyond helpful. His manners and professionalism were so awesome. Hard to come by pleasant people in the food service these days but micheal was top notch. We were all very pleased with chatting with him quickly. Thanks Micheal. “I ordered a sausage pepperoni pizza last week and only 3.5 slices of pizza had any sausage.
I used the app to complain and I was comped the next pizza. I ordered a Philly cheese steak too and it's the first time I've tried anything other than pizza and it was hot, filling and delicious.
Because the acknowledged my complaint and made things right by comping my newest order I'm more than happy to give the establishment 5 STARS

“Best Domino's in the West side of Grand Rapids.
Pizza was fresh, bread was delicious.
The chocolate lava cake was a little added taste of heaven.
Customer service is well known in the Grand Rapids Community.
Hopefully the franchise invests more with the quality employees they do actually have.“
“I came in to order an the employee I believe her name was Molly at the time was the only one there. She took my order was very nice and professional. She didn't hesitate and got to my order not even 5 min later another employee came in (Jamie) and started helping her pack an get orders ready. The team work displayed was awesome got my order ready an good at the time promised! I live in Caledonia, an I can honestly say the customer service and service in general was worth the drive thank you!!“
“This review is for Domino’s Pizza at 1025 S Division Ave 49507. I would like to thank Daryl and crew for the tasty pizza that was delivered very quickly and was still piping hot. I don’t like ordering pizzas nowadays because they’re dry, hardly any sauce on them. It feels like you ordered cheesy bread. Daryl and crew happily made my pizza the way I asked saucy on the entire pizza not just near the crust. They made me want to return back to ordering pizzas again. When I called he was very pleasant and he lived up to his word to take care of me. When I called back to thank them they truly made me feel appreciated. I felt assured that my return visits will be met with the same satisfaction as today. I ordered more than just pizza and everything was delicious, but I have to rave about the pizza because I’m older and the best pizzas were made in the 80s and 90s when you could taste the sauce and not just cheese and bread. If you want a great tasting pizza check out Daryl and crew for not just tasty food but for great customer service also.“
“This location is the best in my opinion. My pizzas are always cooked perfectly. Ask them to put more of the butter on top. Its soooo good! The employees are always nice and accommodating. Even when they are slammed they do a wonderful job of engaging with each customer. Keep up the excellent job!“
