I will say the cooks did an amazing job and were extremely sanitary. I placed an order on 04/09/2024, the order was ready on time and still got. The only problem was, was that there was an employee in a red sweater who seemed like she absolutely did not wanna be there. And until I gave her a 5$ tip then she decided to be more up-lifting . I don’t recall her smiling once. I also hoped she’d split the tip with the two cooks but I doubt that.There was also another worker who was just sitting down in view of every customer who walked in. I don’t know if she was on break, but when you’re on break you usually don’t sit in the area where customers should be able to sit to wait for their order. I ended up having to come back because they forgot part of my order and the cook handed it to me and he was very polite.The energy in this atmosphere is just sad and negative until you give them money. I did ask for light sauce but they gave me just the regular amount which I didn’t appreciate but the of the food was good and fed my family of 6.If you’re expecting to have polite customer service, don’t expect it. And don’t expect to be able to sit anywhere unless the employees aren’t taking up the seats.We had also previously pulled up through the drive through and there was no chance that anyone was going to come to the window unless we made a commotion and I don’t like chaos so I just went through the front door. It’s also pretty hot in there.Parking: It’s narrow and just about no parking.

We live across the street. We used to order bi-weekly on Sundays, until a really bad experience that was never acknowledged by "management". Decided to give them a shot again today, as it's been about 6 months since we've ordered.Never again. Our salad was literally frozen. When it thawed, everything was wilted and slimy. The pizza looked like a 3 yo made it. The cut nor toppings/cheese were even relatively close to even.

I ordered pizza online. I waited over 1 and a half hours when I live 7 minutes away. Estimated time was exceeded by 55 minutes. They driver brought the wrong order and when I looked and mentioned it his reply was “my work doesn’t care so why should I, call them and see if you have any luck” and walked away and was chuckling. That tells me this business fundamentally is terrible from leadership down. I recommend you don’t ever order here. Good luck to you if you do!

I order delivery, it took almost 2 hours. I called to inquire about the order and I was told “we are busy” and they hung up on me. I politely waited another 30 minutes and called again. I was told it would get here when it gets here! Terrible service, rude employees, pizza arrived cold and wrong toppings. Just sad. Don’t order here.
