Don’t be so rude and make the customer feel like it’s their fault.

I have to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude to Jon, the manager of Domino's at 619 Leonard St. After placing my order online, I called the restaurant and literally said "I have a huge favor to ask". Jon said yes without even knowing what I was going to ask for (A+ manager skills, I love it). I then went on to tell him it was my nephew's birthday. What is the point in ordering ahead of time just to arrive within 5 MINUTES of the app saying its done, only to have your food given away? If it was properly labeled as an online order should be... Something that has been PAID for... why do I need to wait an extra 15 minutes for my bread, which was given away?!? AND then expected to accept a cold pizza. ARGUED my receipt for paid for dips too!!
