First thing I have ordered from your store for 8+ years. The label of inept customer service has changed. As I went to check out on the app, the wheel of death appeared and soon. Charged my credit card (no it was not pending) provided no receipt and provided a screen to call the store.
As my husband called the store, we were met with an unpleasant manager who had zero works other than “like” or “got”. Your stores customer service has beyond gone down the drain. As we were on a speaker phone, the rude manager hung up! So thanks Domino’s, I’m out $41.00 until I can get this reversed. Appreciate the years of loyalty.

Terrible. Today wasn't the first day we ordered from here and had poor service, but since it has happened a lot and again today, I feel compelled to leave a review letting people know if you order from here expect 50% of the time for it to be like it was for us today: late, and wrong (pizza was supposed to be half pineapple/green pepper, the other half cheese - what we received was a full pineapple and pepperoni pizza). Probably the worst time with this place was a few months back when they brought me someone else's order and then sat in my driveway, and when I came back out and asked the driver what they were still doing in my driveway, I got this response: I don't know what to do. Incompetence.

I'm sorry but why is it that we ONLY ever get like 2-3 slices of pizza with all the toppings now? I understand speed matters but so does quality. Also the timing or temperature of the oven needs to be adjusted I like a crispy crust not a burnt crust.

Of the 3 or 4 times so far I've ordered from here, 2 orders have been wrong, and 1 has been cold. I know Domino's can be better because I've had better, just not from this location. Might be worth hitting up the Alpine location over this one

Used the app to order 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. Everything arrived cold and there wasn't any sauce on the pizzas. Called to have them remade and the driver left them out in the snow without notifying us that they had arrived.
My guests and I are now on hour 3 with no edible food. Thanks for ruining game night 👍🏼

Got delivery today and half the pizza topping were off the pizza, let alone my pizza was 10 minutes late. Pizza wasn’t cut fully either. Most frustrating pizza delivery I have ever had!

I ordered a Pizza and Cinnamon twist. I picked up at the Drive thru window, when I got home I realized they gave me Garlic twist, I received Icing so I know I ordered correctly! I called, the Person who answered claimed to be the Manager(which I hope not because he was very unprofessional) said I could come back and pick it up! Wait a minute You mess it up an I have to come back!! I said I wasn't going to do that...I said he could take my name and I would get it another time. He said that they don't do that anymore and he would refund my money. It hasn't happened yet! And on top of that the Pizza was horrible! Pretty sure they didn't put any cheese on it! The whole experience was awful....! Definitely Do Not get a Pizza from this location!

Ordered food. 2 pieces of chicken on my sandwich and some burned bbq boneless. Called to complain was basically told it was my fault. Don't know how that is possible but it happened.

They consistently undercook pizza to a degree that's disgusting. If the pizza's not hot it's not done. Seems pretty obvious and simple but maybe too complicated for the simpletons that work here. Also the last time I walked in there were nine people standing around doing nothing and every single one of them looked around for about 30 seconds before one of them walked up to help me. Utterly inexcusable, utterly inefficient, and utterly pathetic.
