We have driven and walked by the Donkey Taqueria many times when looking for a new experience on Wealthy Street. I grew up in this neighborhood 60 years ago and I couldn't get myself to eat in that old gas station. We took the plunge yesterday. Wow, what an incredible experience! We sat outside and ordered the Quesabirria and the Flautas de Pollo. Both dishes were succulent, with a combination of subtle and striking flavors, perfectly cooked meat and cheeses, We were blown...
