La Casa Del Pollo Loco is great in every way you could ever want it to be. Incredible food, nice and attentive staff, great atmosphere, just a joy to go to all around. Highly recommend it for anyone in Grand Rapids MI that wants good food.

I came here for breakfast and was surprised to find a wonderful Mexican breakfast buffet! It is served every day from 8am to 3pm and also comes with unlimited made to order eggs and warm tortillas. The chilaquiles were phenomenal and pork asado was out of this world! Even the pancakes were great! Was warmly greeted by Claudia who had excellent service throughout my meal and I had fun talking to her about Guadalajara as I plan to visit there soon. Excited to make this place one of my regular breakfast spots! Thank you for an amazing meal!

I have to say this place was actually really cool. I walked in and it felt very inviting the servers were very kind and able to help every time we needed it the food was delectable if you didn't want something off the menu they do have a buffet there that's American and Mexican based. When you come here you're not just eating Mexican food but you can eat American food too and I have to say that's amazing this is definitely a place I'm going to be trying again!!

i went to this place casa del pollo loko on Sunday and got the buffet for 2 adults and 2 kids. we were charged $72!! dollars.. which to me was crazy!! but it wouldnt have been an issue if atleast the food had been great. Nope! all the food was super greasy and the food was old. the breakfast sausage didnt even taste like sausage it tasted like it was old. i dont like leaving reviews, but for this place i had to absolutely do it!! i will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. definitely the worst place on Grand Rapids.
