Absolutely fantastic experience using Gabby and her team for our Wedding at the Bissell Tree House in Grand Rapids! The menu offered an impressive array of authentic dishes, and each plate was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The tacos were incredibly fresh, with perfectly seasoned fillings, and the late night options were a fantastic cap to the night!! We used El Granjero’s catering for our wedding and let me tell you…:they did not disappoint!! Gaby lead us through the whole process and was so professional! We went with their taco bar of steak, chicken, and cactus for the main meats in addition to the potato sopas and endless chips/guac/queso!
