Electric Cheetah Cascade offers elevated bar type food in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for lunch. The French dip sandwich and fries with different dipping sauces are highlights. While some experienced a wait for service, the amazing food like the grilled cheese and yatzee sandwich made up for it. The recent renovations showcase a beautiful kitchen area and lovely decor. Despite some wait times due to short staffing, the delicious meals like salmon with ancient grains and tahini sauce make it worth a visit. A great addition to the Ada/Cascade area, just hoping for improved service with more staff in the future.
