We were so excited to come grab ice cream while staying next door. We walked in at 8:50 and the staff was very rude. We asked if we could grab froyo quick before they closed. We were told, “Well, I can’t tell you no…” We realize we were walking in close to closing time, but the rude attitude totally ruined the night.

Cute place in the middle of downtown - was clean, good froyo flavors and plenty of toppings. My only issue was that the 6$ cup and 8$ cup were so so similar in size - a bit disappointing (I guess they change that cup often since it’s the most bought size).

lots of ice cream for low price

$20 for 2 regular sized yogurts is wild. Tip options were 18, 20 and 22% for the employee literally handing me a cup is even more wild

Good prices, good selection, great service!

honestly not impressed, the workers happily gave everyone else (white people sorry) free samples but when other customers came in (African American customers) they quickly refused service to them and rushed them to pick what they want. PLUS they kept staring at me and making small comments to eachother regarding my skin color. Would never come again!!!

Yogurt: 3 star. Limited flavors
Toppings: 3 star; no fresh fruit of any kind. Far less selection than Pump House or Sweet Yo's
Price: 1 star. $38 for a family of four. Two medium size, two large. Large size is about the same size as the regular size at other fro-yo spots. Medium was pretty small. Small was tiny.
Atmosphere: 4 stars, but mostly due to the public space outside.

Overall, it fits the bill if you're looking for an average fro-yo fix. Better spots you could go.

The best place I've been too simply due to the fact it is a flat rate and not by weight. Lots of choices too. Why go anywhere else?

One of my fav fro-yo places to come w my friend. We'd come anytime before watching a movie and it's so nice to sit on the lawn right outside. 10/10 price and vibes. Also, it's a set price with unlimited toppings (vs by weight😆)

Extremely satisfied with the price and selection. Unlike other places in town, they don't charge by weight - meaning you can fill the smallest size up to your hearts desire. The staff are always friendly, and I will definitely be going back!

Elsa’s serves a frosty disappointment rather than a sweet treat. Their selection of ice cream is as mediocre as their paltry array of toppings, which lacks the variety and creativity found at other local spots. The quality of both the ice cream and the toppings feels subpar. Additionally, customer service at Elsa’s is underwhelming, with staff who seem indifferent and unhelpful. Clearly, they have no near by competition.

A friend and I decided to enjoy this establishment after dinner this evening. This wasn't my first time here so I knew what to expect. They have amazing customer service. Their prices are unbeatable. And the condiments bar is loaded. I bought the cheesecake froyo, topped with strawberry and cheesecake pieces. It was amazing. The pictures don't do this dish justice. I would highly recommend this establishment for all ages.
